Geoffrey Day

Geoffrey played High School basketball at Springfield Southeast High School in Illinois. In college, he began studying basketball as a statistician and started recruiting. He's been giving scouting reports for the past 13 years through his scouting service, Ball So Hard Recruiting. In addition, Day coached AAU/Grassroots basketball for 4 years. Through his service and relationships built with various coaches at the Collegiate level, Day has helped Student-Athletes go on to play at the NCAA D1-D3, NAIA, and NJCAA levels.

Andrew Loughmiller

Andrew started writing for Prep Hoops and Prep Girls Hoops in August of 2019 with the goal of furthering his writing experience. He graduated from Plano West Senior High School in 2015 and was a member of the football team. Although he did not play basketball in high school, he did get to witness Plano West win the 6A Texas State Championship his senior year while closely following the team. Andrew went on to attended Texas A&M University where he majored in sport management and minored in business administration. He graduated with honors in 2019. During his college years, Andrew wrote for numerous fan sites while also interning at TexAgs where he covered Texas A&M softball, filmed and recorded interviews for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams, and helped with the production of the morning radio show. Ryan Schroeder

Ryan has played and loved the game of basketball for thirteen years. He has dreamed of being involved with sports media from a young age, and he has followed all aspects of high school hoops since he was in the seventh grade. Ryan has just graduated from Legacy Christian Academy, and he will be starting at Oklahoma State University in the Fall. Ryan did cover all the sports at his high school, but he was best connected with the back-to-back state champion basketball team. He is heavily involved with videography and photography as well as creating mixtapes and other videos for his school’s athletic program. For the 2020 summer, Ryan will be reporting on Texas Prep Hoops, but when he moves up to college in the fall, he will transfer to Oklahoma Prep Hoops.
