Geoffrey Day

Geoffrey played High School basketball at Springfield Southeast High School in Illinois. In college, he began studying basketball as a statistician and started recruiting. He's been giving scouting reports for the past 13 years through his scouting service, Ball So Hard Recruiting. In addition, Day coached AAU/Grassroots basketball for 4 years. Through his service and relationships built with various coaches at the Collegiate level, Day has helped Student-Athletes go on to play at the NCAA D1-D3, NAIA, and NJCAA levels.

Andre Powe

Dre is originally from Pensacola Florida, where he graduated high school from Escambia High school where he played high school basketball and lettered 2 years. He moved to Texas and went to Tarrant County College and eventually graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Business Management. During that same time, he was an AAU recruiter for Texas Impact 4:13, helping numerous kids get basketball offers. Powe joined the PrepHoops family in September with the goal to help as many kids as he can get an opportunity to play for free.

Andrew Loughmiller

Andrew started writing for Prep Hoops and Prep Girls Hoops in August of 2019 with the goal of furthering his writing experience. He graduated from Plano West Senior High School in 2015 and was a member of the football team. Although he did not play basketball in high school, he did get to witness Plano West win the 6A Texas State Championship his senior year while closely following the team. Andrew went on to attended Texas A&M University where he majored in sport management and minored in business administration. He graduated with honors in 2019. During his college years, Andrew wrote for numerous fan sites while also interning at TexAgs where he covered Texas A&M softball, filmed and recorded interviews for both the men’s and women’s basketball teams, and helped with the production of the morning radio show.
