Prior to Prep Hoops Idaho, Pilato has served as a Recruiting Coordinator for Scorers 1st Sportmanagement. During which, Pilato helped manage Scorers 1st's scouting process and partnered with management in recruiting efforts at the college basketball, NBA Development League (G-League) and International levels while also building and maintaining relationships around the game based on the core values of Scorers 1st.
A graduate of Southern Oregon University, Pilato covered basketball during his time in college and relocated to Boise, Idaho where he produced online content for the Idaho Stampede in the NBA Development League and gained extensive experience working around professional basketball.
For the last eight years, Pilato has been actively involved in basketball in the Pacific Northwest as an independent consultant and a freelance writer where he covered the NBA D-League for SB Nation's Ridiculous Upside and had his work appear in The Oregonian and The Idaho Press-Tribune among other various media outlets. Pilato also operated D-League Digest and created the D-League Digest Newsletter, which provided in-depth analysis and scouting reports on teams and players around the NBA Development League based on his evaluations from attending weekly games, the NBA D-League Showcase and the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas.
Pilato lives with his wife Tara and son Cal in Boise, Idaho.
Jeremy Stoddard is a former 2 sport high school student-athlete. After graduating from Grace High School he served a 2 year mission for his church in Chicago, Illinois. Upon completion, he attended Utah State University where he graduated with degrees in Business and Agricultural Business. Today he helps run the family seed potato farm in Idaho. Jeremy has always had a love for basketball. He has been involved in coaching for many years from little league to coaching junior high boys and girls teams, along with helping train high school level athletes. Jeremy enjoys helping kids grow and develop on and off the court. Jeremy is excited to help promote players from Idaho and help grow and expand Idaho players’ exposure.
Andy graduated from Bishop Kelly High School in 2011 and currently serves as the Director of Opportunity Center at Middleton High School. His Journalism degree is from the University of Idaho in 2015.
Currently, he’s the varsity head coach at Middleton High School. It’s his first year as the head coach. In addition to coaching in the high school rankings, he’s the head coach of Idaho Select Basketball Purple Team, a position he’s held for the past three years. He’s also spent time in the college scene with successful stops at the College of Idaho and the University of Idaho and as an associate head coach at a Prep School in North Carolina. He played two seasons at Idaho State University.
