WHY SHOULD YOU ATTEND?
The Prep Hoops Top 250 Expo is a one-day showcase event for all 2019-2022 prospects who are looking to accelerate their exposure and compete against other college prospects across the state. The Top 250 Expo will have an experienced coaching staff educating and motivating all participants.
In 2017, over 3,000 9th-12th grade prospects attended Top 250 Expos. The best part? Over 90% of the graduating seniors who attended the event are going on to play at the college level! The bottom line, the Top 250 Expo is littered with college prospects.
The Top 250 Expo is perfect for all prospects aspiring to play college basketball at any level.
WHAT SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
Media coverage will be provided by Prep Hoops contributors. With over 400 subscribed colleges from 100+ conferences, no platform gives athletes the opportunity to gain exposure with college programs more than Prep Hoops. Check out the ‘Coverage to Expect’ content below.
In 2017, we had over 150 college programs attend Top 250 Expos across the country. We use our network of college subscribers and the relationships we’ve built with 400+ college programs to personally send each program a list of attendees on a weekly basis in the weeks leading up to the event. This is followed up by a personal invite to all 400+ programs.

Event Director: Aubery Denard
Aubery graduated from Dominican University in 2010 where he was a two-sport NCAA athlete in basketball and cross country. He helped lead Dominican University’s Basketball program to the most wins in one season and first-ever Northern Atlantic Conference Championship game.
Since he graduated, he has been actively coaching and training basketball athletes at the middle school, high school, college and professional levels. He is currently serving as a Varsity Boys Basketball Coach and a Lower School Physical Education Teacher at the Latin School of Chicago. Aubery has also coached AAU Basketball with a program he started and lead called Chi-City Elite, working mostly with youth teams grades 5-12. He started the program having the goal to help everyone get into college, using basketball as a vehicle and intrinsic motivation. Soon after he joined a program Young&Reckless AAU that has built a reputation for having five or more Division 1 players come out every year. This has helped grow his college recruiting knowledge tremendously.
Aubery has helped run HoopGroup and Five-Star Camps around the country in the past. In those camps, he’s had the opportunity to work with student athletes from all over the world. With Aubery’s energetic and passionate approach while working the exposure events, it’s undeniable the impact he can have on the youth. With a warm smile, high integrity and great respect, Aubery has a proven track record of motivating youth to achieve their goals while maintaining a passion for instilling lifelong learning, health, and camaraderie.
