Jacob Keller (Fenwick – 2017)
Keller will be the main at the lead guard position after the graduation of Mike Smith. He more than proved he can run the show during the summer and we expect a monster season.
Joey Coffaro (Hersey – 2017)
Coffaro is an underrated senior guard that is a tough and gritty leader. He can really shoot the ball from the perimeter.
Jack Nolan (Benet – 2017)
Expect Nolan to put up a lot of points this year and most of them coming from behind the arc!
Xavier Castandea (Whitney Young – 2018)
Castaneda is an explosive lead guard that should take over as the Dolphins top player this year.
Brandon Hurt (Marian Catholic – 2018)
Adams gets a lot of the pub on the high school level, but Hurt has the size and feel for the game at the point guard position that make him very intriguing long term.
DeAndre Heckard (Romeoville – 2018)
Heckard broke out with Hoops4Health on the circuit. Big and athletic point guard that is going to explode on the high school scene.
Kaleb Thornton (Bolingbrook – 2018)
New high school and we expect Thornton to thrive at Bolingbrook pushing the tempo and finding all their weapons.
Camron Donatlan (West Aurora – 2018)
Donatlan will be the man for West Aurora and after a solid summer we anticipate his confidence to be at an all-time high.
Bailey Dee (Champaign Central – 2018)
While a lot of the focus will be on Tim Finke and Doug Wallen look for this tough point guard put up consistent numbers as a junior.
Markese Jacobs (Uplift – 2019)
He played as a freshman, but proved this summer he is a national prospect. Time for the Chicago take over on the high school scene!
Zach Touissant (Johnsburg – 2019)
The sharp shooting guard plays with flare and puts up points in a hurry! They aren’t going to be able to keep him off the court.
