Tye Blaine 2017 6’1 Servants Combo Guard
Blaine scored the ball tremendously in all three phases of the game. He excelled to the highest degree shooting the three-pointer. Blaine knocked down 6 three-point shots. When the buzzer sounded Blaine accounted for 26 points in the Servants victory. Blaine is projected NAIA D2 to the JUCO level. He is a combo guard with the skills to run the point and be effective creating for others and himself or he can play off the ball and be an efficient shooter.
Tyreece Berry 2017 5’10 Playmakers Express Elite Point Guard
Berry is one of my favorite Point Guards to watch with his ability to do so any different things at the 1. First off Berry is not selfish one bit. He always seems to know the good mix between shooting and distributing. Berry is super quick, which allows him to blow past his defender to the cup and finish or kick out to an open teammate. What opens the floor so much with Berry at the Point is his shooting talents from behind the arc to go along with his quickness. Berry projects as one of the best Division II Point Guards available in the 2017 Oklahoma Class.
Tyree Malone 2017 5’10 Playmaker Express Elite Combo Guard
Malone will likely be a Point Guard at the next level. With that being said he could play the two in certain systems in short bursts. Malone has a deadly three-point shot. He has sky-high potential when you look at his overall skill set. Malone puts the ball on the floor productively, is efficient, always brings every ounce of energy he has to the floor and is the ultimate team player.
KeJaun Frazier 2016 5’10 OKC Storm Point Guard *Reclassified
Frazier put on a show for the second straight week shining brightly at the Hardwood Classic. He could not miss shooting the ball at a very high percentage from behind the arc. This summer Frazier has shown that he can play multiple spots on the floor with his skill set to play with the ball in his hands at the Point or off the ball at the two. Frazier has the talent to play small college basketball at the next level but was not recruited by and Oklahoma squads after his senior year at Mustang. It will be interesting to see where he ends up after a postgraduate year with the OKC Storm. He has had great performances the past two weekends.
Curtis Haywood 2016 6’5 OKC Storm Wing *Reclassified
Haywood is turning to a postgraduate year with the OKC Storm. He had a great high school career at Mustang including one state title. Last year he averaged nearly 15 points on the Nike EYBL. He is a long athletic wing that can play both ends of the floor. Haywood is a Mid Major plus talent with his size and ability to be a monster on both ends. He held several Division I offers, but ultimately chose the Prep School route. Haywood will be a steal for whichever program ends up nabbing him.
Andrew Crow 2019 Tulsa Hawks Point Guard
Crow is a Top 20 talent in the Oklahoma 2019 Class. He has some great ball handling skills, which allow him to be very effective with the rock in his hands. Crow is a true Point Guard that seeks out open looks for his teammates. Crow did a great job of getting to the basket to score.
