#10 Jay Green 6’5″ Mountain Ridge
Green had a standout senior campaign. The 6’5″ kept the Mountain Lions ranked among the top teams in the state despite being the lone senior leader. A sizey perimeter player, Jay has the ability to defend all three positions. He is gifted with his ability to attack the basket as he gets to his opponents hip and is efficient with his dribbles. Currently a low to mid major prospect, continued improvement on his ball handling and shooting consistency would raise his shot tremendously.
#18 Bryce Cheney 6’7″ Moon Valley
Cheney is a name that was recently added to this list. The former UTRGV commit reopened his recruitment after a coaching change. He is talented athletically with good size and the ability to run and jump. He’s also a very solid shooting from the perimeter. James Madison, Northern Colorado, South Dakota State, and Western Illinois are all involved.
#20 Bryan Battle 6’4″ Higley
Battle had a heckuva senior year, proving himself as a winner. The 6’4″ wing has greatly improved over the last twelve months. He is special in transition with the ball in his hands as he sees the floor well and has the athleticism to make acrobatic passes. He defends multiple positions, rebounds well, and plays with a physical nature. While some Division-II’s have shown interest, the prep school route and junior college route seems more likely.
#30 Elijah Sikora 6’4″ Arcadia
Sikora is a player who is just beginning to come into his own. The 6’4″ wing is a physical, explosive athlete who brings versatility to both ends of the floor. He has a high motor and the tools to develop into a special player. Currently a Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect, a junior college stint could improve his stock.
#34 Brandon Whittaker 6’7″ Campo Verde
Whittaker is a lengthy and versatile forward. He handles the ball well, shoots the three with consistency, and is a special passer. When he’s playing with energy his upside really shows. A Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect.
#39 Harrison Hilliard 6’6″ Shadow Mountain
Hilliard is raw but productive. At 6’5″ he is versatile, lengthy, and athletic enough to defend multiple positions. He plays with a high motor and great energy which makes him a huge asset defensively. Offensively, he is very good attacking the rim and being a finisher. He also crashes the glass hard. A Division-II/NAIA D1 prospect.
#63 Kevin Mack 6’4″ Fairfax
A physical wing with an old school feel to him game. Kevin isn’t the biggest or most athletic prospect but he has a great feel for the game and is a winner. Offensively, he’s best around the basket. A strong rebounder and versatile defender, he’s a guy that does the little things. A Division-III/NAIA D2 prospect.
#64 Antaveus Brown 6’4″ Estrella Foothills
Brown finished his senior season strong, leading the Wolves to a second place finish in Division-III. He is a lengthy bomber from deep with good size and length. He will need to develop physically as he is thin but his knack for making shots from the perimeter, at 6’4″, cannot go understated. A small college level prospect.
#72 Justin Braun 6’4″ Boulder Creek
Braun is a tough, physical forward that does the dirty work. While he’s not great at any particular skill, he’s dependent in most areas. He has good size on the perimeter, defends multiple positions, and rebounds well. A Division-III/NAIA D2 prospect.
#73 Derek Dantzler 6’5″ Mountain Pointe
Dantzler saw his stock rise tremendously last season after growing five inches. The lengthy wing is raw but shows upside. He’s got an ability to attack off the dribble, finish in transition, and is improved the confidence in his outside shot. A small college prospect.
