First Team
Goanar Mar (DeLaSalle). Has a third state title with the Islanders but this time Goanar was the guy that led the team to the title with a team high 19.9 points and 9.9 rebounds a game.
Travis Toivonen (Red Wing). The Wingers finished 29-3 on the season led by the 18.2 points, 9.3 rebounds, and 3.4 assists per game which were all team highs plus Travis led the team in blocks and steals as well.
Nick Dufault (Waseca). Nick led his team to state and averaged 24.3 points a game shooting 50 percent from the floor for the year despite much defensive attention.
Gabe Kalschuer (DeLaSalle). The 6-foot-2/6-foot-3 guard averaged 19.5 points per game this season growing as a shooter both off the bounce and with his feet set. Grabbed 4.7 rebounds a game.
Matt Kreklow (Delano). The U of Mary signed big averaged 16 points with eight boards a game plus was one of the state’s best shot blockers for a 22 win team.
Second Team
Jack Stensgard (Simley). Put up 27.7 points a game for a .500 team that made the state tournament with Jack leading in scoring, assists, boards, steals, blocks, and everything in between.
Nathan Rund (Fergus Falls). Led the team in scoring (17.5 a game), steals (63), was third in assists, third in rebounding, and shot 85 percent at the foul line.
Tessy Pal (Fridley). Averaged a healthy 16.4 points and 11.3 rebounds a game for a Fridley team that went to state. Pal shot 56 percent from the floor this season.
Julian Jackson (Mpls Henry). Throwback post up 21.3 points and over eight rebounds a night often at times proving unstoppable once he touched the ball on the block.
Matt Todd (Monticello). Averaged 21 points, 6.1 assist, and 3.6 rebounds a game this season hitting on 36 percent of his treys and91 percent of his free throws.
Third Team
Weston Baker MaGrath (Marshall). Put up several doubled-doubles and helped a deep Tiger team to a 25 win season. Also his dunk film has impressed all over social media.
Parker Fox (Mahtomedi). Parker became a reliable scorer facing the basket and shooting or attacking the heart with his explosive length. He scored 22 a night.
Sam Baker (BSM). Gave the Red Knights 17.7 points per contest and 17-9 record overall with the biggest win being an upset over DeLaSalle midway through the season.
Calvin Wishart (Delano). Wishart was the leading scorer for a 22-6 team and Wishart scored 18.7 points a contest while also leading the squad in assists.
Luke Harris (Northfield). Put up 17.4 points a contest for the 18 win Raiders. The future UMD talent continues to show a stroke from deep and an explosive finish in transition.
Fourth Team
Samm Jones (DeLaSalle). The Islander senior leader scored nine points a contest with five rebounds and five assists a contest.
Eli Cave (BSM). Put up 17.6 points and 7.6 rebounds a contest improving once again in rapid fashion. A steal for St. Mary’s.
Sam Sustacek (Orono). With 14.8 points and 9.7 rebounds a game Sam led the Spartans to a 19-9 record facing a difficult schedule.
Ethan Novacinski (Apollo). Scored 18 points a game and battled every night for an Apollo team that played way better than the talent on their roster and Ethan led with effort.
Braxton Raymond (Kasson-Mantorville). Braxton put up 23.5 points and 8.4 rebounds a game for a .500 club this winter and he leaves the school’s all time leading scorer.
Fifth Team
Kade Hart (Faribault). The Falcon big put up 16 points, 11 rebounds, and four blocks a night for a team that climbed to .500 on the year.
Joe Sevlie (Red Wing). The future MSUM Dragon give Red Wing 13.5 points and 7.4 rebounds a contest while also blocking a couple shots a night.
Krisean Coffee (Mankato East). Scored 15 a game for the Cougars who won 17 games this winter.
Jake Dale (Mankato West). The Scarlets frontcourt leader gave his team 19 plus points per contest.
Joey Kortuem (Waconia). The Wildcat leading scorer put up 19 a game for a 20 win Wildcats team.
Sixth Team
Jarrett Baptiste (Columbia Heights). Averaged 14 a game for the 18 win Hylanders.
Jon Olson (Rocori). Jon scored 18.6 a contest for the 18 win Spartans.
Jaran Roste (Alexandria). Jaran scored 16 a night, was second on the team in rebounding, plus played lead guard.
Carter Duncan (Chisago Lakes). Duncan led his team in scoring (14.4) and blocks and was second in assists and boards.
Duoth Gach (Austin). Led Austin with 14 points a contest scoring in a variety of ways for a 22-6 team that was better than expected.
