College Prospect Combine 2020 & 2021 Standout Prospects
Jacksonville HS 2020 F Emanuel Rodriguez: Effort and energy is what he brought when he stepped on the floor, he rebounded the ball at a good rate and did a nice job of doing the small things to help his team. Will be interesting to see his progression over the next two year with his high school and AAU squad (910 Vengeance).
EE Smith HS 2020 F Jaylen Seirmons: Has good size for a player at the Forward spot for smaller colleges at about 6’5. Can stretch defenses with his ability to put the ball on the floor from the high post and attack the basket, good athletic ability, one he adds to his frame strength wise, he will be a player that can be more effective.
Lejeune HS & 910 Vengeance 2020 Guard Karee Smith: Any time you have a player with his height, wingspan and scoring ability, you have a player that could be an interesting prospect. He battled through illness to put together a pretty impressive day overall, he tested #1 overall in the combine events and showed his ability to score the ball at a high rate during games.
Lejeune HS 2021 Guard Jaylon Armstrong: He’s not the tallest player height wise but he’s talented with nice upside and displayed some impressive athletic ability throughout. His shooting form is smooth, he does need much time and space to get his shot off or knock down shots, one to keep an eye on.
Phillip O Berry HS 2021 Guard Nathaniel Gebregziabher: A younger player who has a nice amount of speed and acceleration. He still is finding his way on the court and will need to fine tune some things but overall we liked some of the things that the brought to a team, especially his desire and ability to defend at a high level.
Franklinton HS 2020 Guard Kalib Mathews: There is alot to like about what he can possibly bring to the table as a prospect. At 6’3 with a good wingspan, scoring ability and the ability to break down his defender, he is a player that you will want to keep an eye on. The demeanor he plays with his mature for a player his age as it seems as if he doesn’t allow anything or anyone to rattle him but instead keeps a poker face.
