Big Shots 2 : 2020 Hoop State Top Performers
Prep Hoops takes a look at the 2020 Top Performers from the Hoop State that played this past weekend in Big Shots 2 being held in Myrtle Beach, SC.
Nolan Dorsey – Millbrook HS – Big Shots North Carolina 2020 (pictured on front)
Dorsey 6’3 point guard really has nice elevation on his shot. Dorsey is very athletic and shoots the ball off the bounce quite well. Dorsey hit several mid-range jumpers today for Big Shots North Carolina 2020.
Jake Bertolini-Felic – Trinity Academy (Raleigh) – Big Shots North Carolina 2020
Bertolini-Felic recently reclassified in the 2020 class and transferred over to Trinity Academy. Bertolini-Felic 6’5 shooting guard played last season at Panther Creek HS. Bertolini-Felic knocked down several jumpers on the perimeter today and behind the three point line.
Nick Farrar – Apex Friendship (Apex) – Big Shots North Carolina 2020
Farrar is just 15 years old and at times is a force inside the paint. Farrar is a magnet for contact and gets to the foul line it seems like on a regular basis. Farrar finishes on contact very well and is effective enough to play inside-out on the floor.
Kentrell Suggs – Greene Central HS (Snow Hill) – Stackhouse Elite
Suggs 6’4 was great in transition for his team. Suggs a long and lanky athlete runs the floor well. Suggs seems to be a 3-4 dribble guy and then pass. Suggs was extremely active in the passing lanes all day long.
Isaac Parson – Kinston HS – Stackhouse Elite
Parson was playing with a bad ankle today. Parson a point guard has a good feel for the game and was a great table setter for his teammates.
Dylan Blake – First Flight HS (Kill Devil Hills) – Flight 22 Elite 17U
Blake 5’10 undersized shooting guard has great range on the floor. Blake plays up a age group for Nathan Faulk’s Flight 22 squad. Blake plays very poised on the floor and averaged 22.4 ppg last season for the Nighthawks.
