Jamal Parks (Bloom)
Parks was one of the fastest rising prospects in the second half of the season with monster scoring games. He tells us he is hearing from several JUCO programs including Kankakee, Missouri State-West Plains, and Cloud Community College. Should be even more heavily recruited at the junior college level.
Drew Evans (Thornwood)
Athletic shooting guard with upside has offers from a pair of D2 programs in Oklahoma Panhandle State and Ferris State. Plans on visiting Oklahoma Panhandle State during his spring break.
Donovan Ferguson (Downers Grove South)
One of the better center prospects remaining on the board Ferguson holds offers from D2 duo Lewis and St. Cloud State. He has already officially visited both. Waiting to see if any other offers come in before making a decision.
Tanner Stuckman (Quincy Notre Dame)
The skilled forward tells us he has high interest from Quincy, Lewis, Lake Superior State, Wheeling Jesuit, Minot State, Minnesota-Crookston, Union, and Wisconsin-Parkside. He is in the process of setting up a visit to Lewis.
James McQuillian (St. Charles East)
The big 6’4” point guard is a small school sleeper. He is talking to Illinois Wesleyan a lot. DePauw, Spring Hill, and Hope are also in the mix. He has visited all except for Spring Hill and plans on taking possibly another trip to Illinois Wesleyan.
Ammar Becar (Niles Notre Dame)
Becar is one of the most productive posts in the state. He holds no offers at this point, but is garnering interest from Denver, Lehigh, Lindenwood, Hillsdale, and Wright State. Also hearing from multiple D3 programs in Illinois Wesleyan, Augustana, Wisconsin La Crosse, Albion, and St. Norbert.
Antoine Locke (Bolingbrook)
Tough point guard for Bolingbrook says he has interest from NAIA schools Trinity International and Elmhurst College. He has visited both already.
Daniel Hoekstra (Bishop McNamara)
Scoring two guard is down to Illinois Wesleyan, Augustana, St. Norbert, and DePauw. Benedictine has been trying to get in the mix as of late. He has visited all except for Benedictine and plans on deciding by the end of March.
Tyriq Billberry (Centralia)
The big bodied and versatile guard is hearing from Lakeland in Wisconsin as well as Manchester. Plans on getting out to Lakeland sometime for a visit.
Jeremiah Matthews (Crete Monee)
Matthews is a lefty sharp shooter that can let it fly! He is hearing from a variety of JUCO’s and D3 programs in Des Moines Area Community College, Daley, Blackhawk, Illinois Central, Olive-Harvey, Elmhurst, and St. Xavier. Only school he has visited to this point is Elmhurst.
Darius Branch (Leo)
Branch is a quick and explosive point guard that is one of the top available lead guards on the board remaining. He doesn’t hold any offers, but has interest from Langston University, Alabama State, and Albion College. No visits scheduled at this time.
Isaac Nelson (Springfield)
Nelson is a scoring lefty point guard that tells us he is talking to Parkland, Lincoln, Morton College, and Carl Sandburg. He has visited Lincoln and has trips planned to Carl Sandburg and Parkland.
Andre Raiford (De La Salle)
The athletic forward had a solid senior season and is being heavily recruited by five schools in Manchester, Roosevelt, Knox, Benedictine, and North Central.
