Gideon Gardner has had a tremendous career at Pawnee at the Point or the two. He is an excellent shooter from the outside, but he is also a big time passer. Gardner is a senior that will have the chance to have an instant impact at the next level next year.
Connor Crow is tearing it up at Rejoice Christian in his first full year of varsity hoops. Last year Crow had to sit out the first part of the year due to OSSAA rules on moving schools, but the move has paid dividends. He is thriving in the system with the ball in his hands at Rejoice Christian. He is a guard to watch out for in the 2017 Class.
Bishop Coulter has a chance to pick up Division I interest late with the way he has played this season. He is averaging a double-double at Atoka and has simply been dominant in the paint. He stands at 6’7″ and can score with his back to the basket or by facing up his opponent.
Braden Bayless is a name to know in the 2017 Class. He plays at a small school in Tulsa called Regent Prep. Bayless will be in the next set of rankings for the 2017 Class with the performances he has had this season. Bayless stands at 6’5″ which will attract many schools at the next level. He plays at the four for his High School team, but is working to become more of a 3 so he can be prepared to play at the next level.
Tu Godwin has the chance to turn into a special player at the next level with his ability to score the basketball. He is undersized at the Point, but don’t let that scare you away. He shoots the ball tremendously from three point land. He is a legit Division II prospect in the 2016 Class at the next level.
Laef Payne is a player in the 2016 Class that has the chance to be a Division II or NAIA player at the next level. He has had a great career at Verdigris with his ability to score and play hard on both ends of the floor. He is a great leader and will be able to lead a college program down the road. Payne will surprise you with his athleticism.
Brewster Peacock is a Division I talent with his size and elite shooting ability in the 2017 Class. He doesn’t get much exposure at Verdigris, but in the summer time if he can continue to play well he will get Division I looks. He is easily a player on this list that has the chance to blow up over the next calendar year.
Chandler Haley has tons of upside in the 2016 Class at Washington. He is a legit 6’7″ wing that can flat shoot lights out from deep. Haley has the size and shooting ability to do some serious damage. It will be interesting to see if he decides to go to a Division II school or if he goes the JUCO route to working on his game to possibly get to Division I.
Jeremiah Bozeman is a prospect that continues to fly under the radar in the 2016 Class at Alva. He does everything he can for Alva as a combo guard. He is a very solid all around player that will make an immediate impact. He stands around 6’2″ and has a sharp handle with a great basketball IQ.
Vaughn Raney is very overlooked in the 2016 Class at Cashion. He is the go to player at Cashion and has thrived in that role at the Point. He has a nice frame and is above 6′. The biggest things he brings to the table is his ability to run the offensive and be a force on both ends of the floor. Prep Hoops has Raney as a Division II prospect at the next level.
Cole Lehr is one of the least known Forwards in the state at Cache. However, Lehr is a name to know with his size at 6’7″ and his ability to play with his back to the basket on offense or face up his opponents and shoot over them. Lehr holds a couple of Division II offers at the moment.

Lense Ramey is off to a great start at Kiefer this winter. With it being his senior season Ramey has one goal in mind, make it to state. He is a team player and excels at both ends of the floor. He already holds several NAIA offers and with the right situation he could jump up to the Division II level.
Anselm Uzuegbunem is a Forward to lookout for in the 2016 Class. He continues to impress at Harding Prep. With several players having moved from Harding Perp Uzuegbunem has become the go to option for Harding Prep. He holds several Division II offers, but is still taking his time with visits and keeping his recruitment open for now.
Austin Puckett has returned from injury this season and had a great impact at Oklahoma Christian. He has height working for him at 6’7″ which has attracted several schools to him. However, Puckett has not received an offer yet. The height Puckett possess alone is big time, but his basketball IQ and hard work are key factors to his game.
