Shemar Smith 2019 Team Griffin Wing
Smith had a big weekend at the PrepHoops Oklahoma State Tournament. He showed his quality as he attacked the basket fearlessly. In result, he came away with two of the best dunks in the tournament and a handful of others too. Smith takes it to his opponents and they could not stop him. On the defensive end, he was solid all weekend. He interrupted passes and was a good rim protector coming away with a handful of blocks. Smith has been turning some head with his performance. He is in store for a big summer if he can continue to play like he is.
Nate Goodlow 2020 Team Griffin Guard
Goodlow is a different player than we saw at Del City. It shows how much work he is putting in on his downtime with how much he has improved. He has become the focal point of Team Griffin’s offense. Everything runs through him. He sets the pace of the offense. He scores when he wants and finds the open man with his impressive vision. Goodlow has been improving at an unbelievable rate. He has stepped up on both ends of the court and it has propelled Team Griffin to success.
Kavon Key 2020 BTR Guard
Key played a bit-part role in Tulsa Memorial’s run to the Gold Ball, but when he got his chance you saw flashes of something that could be special. On his grassroots team, Key is the pivotal point of what they do and his special is shining. He has an ability to score the ball by getting to the rim or by shooting from the perimeter. Key is a good shooter from beyond the arc and creates his own space with a little bit of shake n bake. Key is going to be a prospect to watch if he keeps playing as well as he is.
Chris Colley 2019 Crab5 Elite Wing
Colley is an athletic Wing that can electrify a crowd. He is fast and seems to know how to find the right spot on the break. He throws down some monster dunks that get the crowd on their feet. With his size, Colley can defend multiple positions. He can guard a Wing with his athleticism or bang down low with a post with his strength. Colley is a fun player to watch and will be a prospect that people should keep an eye on.
Carter Ownes 2020 Oklahoma Hoops Wing
Ownes is an athletic Wing that can take it at anyone. He is a confident player on the ball and can handle the ball well. He has size and the strength to finish in the lane through contact. He uses his handles to make his way to the rim and create space in order to be able to finish. Ownes had a big weekend with his team that surpassed expectations.
Landry Harris 2021 Oklahoma Power Guard
Harris is a leader on the court. He takes over games with his ability to lead. He is confident and comfortable in the game. He does not try to force anything but instead, he lets the game come to him. He finds the open man on offense and drops dimes to set up his teammates for success. Harris also has a good shot. He steps up and hits big shots for his team throughout the game. He is a gamer. He does not get nervous under pressure but instead thrives. Harris is a fun player to watch.
