Class of 2018 Unsigned Point Guards
The class of 2018 brought us a lot of talent at the point guard position here is a list of some of the top unsigned senior PG’s.
Tre Anderson- 6’1 Rainier Beach
Tre Anderson is a a strong solid point guard who can finish at the rim and shoot the long ball. He has a college ready frame. He played at Lincoln High School until his senior year. Anderson transferred to Rainer Beach High School. Anderson and teammate Kevin Porter lead the Vikings to a 22-7 record and a runner up finish in the state tournament loosing to Garfield in the championship game Anderson has interest from Montana and Portland State.
Freddie Brown III- 6’1 Nathan Hale High School
Freddie Brown is an elite scorer at the point guard position. As a junior Freddie Brown played a role position on the nationally ranked Nathan Hale team in 2016-2017. He is the only player from that team who returned the next year to play at Nathan Hale. Although his team struggled Freddie Brown III averaged more than 20 points a game and earned 3rd team all metro league honors. Freddie Brown is an elite scorer, his shooting ability to put the ball in the basket will translate well to the college game.
Tyler Combs– 6’0 Union High School
Tyler Combs is a true point guard with deep shooting range and tight handles. His coach says he has the ability to score over 20ppg but he works hard to get his team involved and get the best shot possible. Tyler lead the Union Titans to a 20-7 record and a birth in the state tournament. Tyler might get over looked because not alot of people have seen him play because of location but he is one of the best floor generals in the state.
Lezjon Bonds– 6’0 Lincoln High School
Lezjon Bonds was the point guard for the Lincoln Abes. He helped the team reach a 26-2 record finishing 3rd in the WIAA 3A state tournament. Bonds was a very good overall point guard earning 2nd Team honors in the Pierce County League. During the AAU season Bonds played for the NW Panthers and played in the Adidas Gauntlet. He has a high motor, he is a lefty that can shoot, and drive. Bonds has recorded 40+ point games in the summer. He is one of the most underrated point guards in the state.
Carson Tuttle-5’11 Kamiak High School
Carson Tuttle is the 3 time WESCO MVP and was selected on the All State team. He has recorded a 52 point game in his career. He has the record for most made 3’s at Kamiak with 222. He’s scored over 1,700 career points, over 450 assists, and over 130 career steals. Tuttle does it all and he will be a great pick up for any college.
