Notable Players
Trey McGowens-6’3, 2019 G (Georgia Stars)-McGowens proved to be one of the borderline high major talents this spring/summer that made the jump to legitimate high-major recruit. He can jump out of the gym, finish with contact and is steadily improving his shot. He can go left or right off the dribble, has good court-vision, sees the whole floor, gets rebounds, and is a strong defender with long arms.
DJ Burns-6’9, 2019 F (Georgia Stars)-Skilled big man that has strong footwork and can knock down the mid-range shot consistently. He is a good rebounder and runs the floor well for his size.
Jaden Seymour-6’5, 2020 W (Team Wall Elite)-Seymour first came on the PrepHoops radar with his showing at The Justin Byerly Upstate/WNC Showcase in Easley, South Carolina last year and he showed a glimpse of what kind of player he can be. Long and athletic, Seymour excels at getting buckets in transition and blocking shots.
Christopher Nobles-6’5, 2020 SF (Juice All-Stars)-Long and athletic, able to play on the wing or in the paint, big-time athlete that can put the ball on the floor and can score from all spots on the floor.
Unsigned Senior-
Tai Giger was impressive for Team South Carolina at The Icebreaker. Proved he is a legitimate late D2 caliber player that is strong and tough and knows how to score the ball. Had a strong senior season at Carolina Day and will be a solid pick-up for a D2 school or JUCO team this summer.
