Prep Hoops scouted the Oklahoma Class 6A State Tournament this past weekend! This list breaks down the top shooters in Class 6A at State!
Colt Savage 2018 Sand Springs Wing
Savage has been consistent all year. He is a fearless player and will take on anyone. Savage can finish at all three levels and can get points in bunches as he proved throughout the season with the Sandites.
Davon Richardson 2020 Sand Springs Wing
Richardson is a beast for the Sandites. He bangs down low and can finish through contact. Richardson also gets a lot of second-chance points. Richardson will be big for the Sandites moving forward.
Caleb Huffman 2018 Broken Arrow Combo Guard
Huffman goes hard the entire game. He is athletic and can play with the best of them. He scores points in bunches and has been clutch for the Tigers this season.
Josh Robinson 2018 Broken Arrow Wing
Robinson is an unbelievable athlete. He is one of the best players in the state and can drop 30 on any given night. The only thing holding Robinson back is his emotions on the court and how they affect him.
Tauriawn Knight 2018 Edmond Santa Fe Point Guard
Knight can take it to any player. He has handles and is tough to guard against Edmond Santa Fe. He can turn any game on its head because of his ability to get to the rim.
Drake Stoops 2018 Norman North Point Guard
Stoops is the typical multi-sport athlete. He plays with an intensity and drive, wanting to win almost more than he wants to breathe. Stoops can get hot at any moment and his shot from the perimeter consistently falls for him.
Chris Braggs 2018 Putnam City North Wing
Braggs is a leader for his team. He attacks the basketball well and can provide some electrifying dunks. Braggs was huge for the Panthers as they try for the Class 6A Gold Ball.
Adokiye Iyaye 2018 Putnam City North Wing
Iyaye is one of the best players in the state. He can put the ball on the floor and get past almost anyone. He has tremendous speed and attacks the rim well.
Michiah McQuarters 2018 Union Wing
McQuarters is just a great shooter. When he is left open he knocks down the shot. He gets points and bunches and is a streaky shooter.
Drew Tennial 2019 Edmond Memorial Guard
Tennial is the clear leader of his Edmond Memorial team. He takes on a majority of the scoring load and manages it well. He can handle the ball really well and is a versatile player, being able to play the 1 through the 3. He is a lefty and has good size at 6’5.
Greg Thomas 2018 Putnam City West Point Guard
Thomas can shoot the ball. He has kept the Patriots in games this season because of his ability to shoot the 3-ball. Thomas’ leadership ability will be missed next year by the Patriots.
