Games To Watch For The Week: November 20
Trinity Christian vs. Village Christian
Known as the Pilgrim Cup , this matchup is always a good one and the fans from the city always pack the gym out to see some of the top talent in the area go head to head. This season will be no different with there being at least 7 players from the teams that are D1 caliber prospects. Both teams are well coached and although the season is early we can fully expect to see both squad giving it everything they have.
Terry Sanford HS vs Lumberton HS
This matchup lost some of its luster with the loss of Malik Johnson due to a broken wrist, however there is still a nice amount of talent that will be on the floor. Lumberton’s backcourt duo of McNeill and Llloyd will provide a high amount of offense for the Pirates and Terry Sanford will look to players like Holt Walker and Yates Johnson to provide a high amount of offense Garner vs 71st HS
These two teams have a very prestigious history and it’s a treat to see these squads matchup so early on in the season. Garner HS will feature Guard Marque Maultsby who has the nice combination of height, length and IQ at the guard spot while 71st will look to get the job done by committee, we can definitely look forward to an action packed, up-tempo type of game.
Northwood Temple vs York Prep (Charlotte Hoops Challenge)

Northwood Temple features NC State commit Ian Steere who is a strong athletic player.
