Thoughts: The Bob Wettig Classic is annually one of the best basketball tournaments in Indiana and this year they produce one of the better lineups that they have in recent years. Some state powers in their respective classes are here and should create some interesting matchups. Attucks won the 3A state championship last year and are a good pick to win it all again this year. Cathedral is going to be a really good this year and they have a shot to win the 4A title. Park Tudor has been a state power for the last decade in 2A and 3A. Then you have Tindley with Purdue commit Eric Hunter Jr. who won the 1A title last year in thrilling fashion. Three of the four state champs from last year are here as well as multiple D1 players which makes this a must see tournament. There are some weak teams but once we reach the second day we should see some really good games in the winner’s bracket.
