IAABO Fall League (Teams)
Prep Hoops Missouri was on hand to see the action at the IAABO Fall League at Parkway North. Here is a look at some of the top teams at the Fall League:
St. Mary’s: The Dragons have split their roster into two teams for the league. One team is led by standout 2019 point guard Yuri Collins, who scored a ton of points in the first game. Collins is joined by talented 2020 forwards 6’5″ Cole Miller and 6’4″ Safara Rasas. The second St. Mary’s unit is led by 2018 veterans in 6’4″ Dominic Mitchell, 6’4″ Miles Jones and 6’1″ Donavanne Austin. The Dragons are one of the top contenders in Class 4 this season.
Duchesne: The Pioneers are a senior-laden group that is ready to make a run in Class 3 this season. They had their corps group present in 6’6″ Adam Moore, 6’5″ Mitchell Fairless, 6’5″ Luke Lowenstein, 6’2″ Cooper Tune and 5’11” Ben Norwine. They looked in mid-season form with their offensive execution.
Cardinal Ritter: The Lions are missing several key players, who are playing football, yet they are fielding two teams with a lot of talented young players. Leading the first team is 5’10” 2019 guard Malek Davis, who is one of the best in the area. He has a couple of nice young players with him in 2021’s Mario Fleming 6’2″ and 6’3″ Tommie Williams. The second unit is led by 5’10” 2019 guard Ryan Torrey.
Parkway South: The Patriots were playing without 6’5″ 2018 standout A.J. Sommer on this day, but they still looked very solid behind the play of 6’3″ 2020 guard Adam Sommer, 6’1″ 2018 shooter Jordan Doyle and 6’5″ 2018 forward Jack Mullen.
