OKC Top 250 Player Evaluations: Afternoon Session #71-80
The Prep Hoops Top 250 was in Oklahoma City on Sunday. Throughout the coming weeks Prep Hoops will have tons of content from the camp. Keep checking PrepHoops.com for content. Player Evaluations will be done for every player that attended the Top 250 camp. Order is based off the number provided at camp. These will be released over the course of the next couple of days.
Noble Robinson: 6’1 2020 Guard Frenship High School
Robinson is an extremely athletic guard who showed a great ability to finish through contact. He drove the lane very well at camp. Robinson also played extremely well on the defensive end as well. He was a tough on-ball defender and harassed ball handlers.
Tobias Roland: 6’3 2021 Guard Putnam City West High School
Roland is one of the best players in the state and it showed during camp. He was able to create his own shot at will and when left open can extend his range out to the three-point line. Roland also excelled when driving to the rim. Multiple time Roland finished through tough contact.
Gavin Rucker: 5’9 2020 Guard Putnam City High School
Rucker is a quicker guard who lead his team well during camp. He was one of the best floor generals at camp. Rucker can also stretch the defense, as he can shoot the ball out to the 3-point line.
Cade Schroeder: 6’2 2020 Guard Mustang High School
Schroeder is a defensive minded guard. He has great hands and was able to get a couple of steals during camp. Schroeder also showed a good ability to finish around the rim.
Luke Seals: 6’6 2020 Forward Ponca City High School
Seals is a good sized forward who rebounded the ball extremely well. He didn’t just lean on his length to go over player, Seals used his body to boxout opponents to gain position of the rebound.
Braden Shaw: 5’11 2020 Guard Moyers High School
Shaw is a big-bodied guard who shot the ball well at camp. He was primarily used as a spot up shooter, but also showed that he could drive the ball if needed.
Garett Simmons: 6’3 2020 Guard Edmond North High School
Simmons is a hard-nosed guard who played good defense and drove the ball hard on offense. He finished well at the rim and when there was a defender, could finish through the contact.
Dayton Simpson: 6’0 2020 Guard Jay High School
Simpson is a guard who shot the ball well. His best skill is his passing though. He was able to find open teammates and that came in handy whenever he saw a double team.
Andrew Smith: 5’9 2022 Guard Christ the King
Smith was one of the youngest kids at camp. He shot the ball pretty well and was mostly used as a spot up shooter. Smith didn’t really have an impact anywhere else, but shooting translates well, so if he can keep shooting he will be good.
