OKC Top 250 Player Evaluations: Morning Session #66-75
The Prep Hoops Top 250 was in Oklahoma City on Sunday. Throughout the week Prep Hoops will have tons of content from the camp. Keep checking PrepHoops.com for content. Player Evaluations will be done for every player that attended the Top 250 camp. Order is based off the number provided at camp. These will be released over the course of the next couple of days.
Riley McKinney: 6’4 2019 Forward OKC Storm/Epic Charter School
McKinney is a hard working player who brought great energy to his team. He was constantly hustling up and down the court. McKinney also fought and won many 50/50 loose balls.
Colin Meiler: 5’11 2018 Guard Bethel High School
Meiler is a high IQ guard who always made the correct play. He also played solid defense and hustled very well.
Jacob Mershon: 5’11 2019 Guard Lincoln High School
Mershon is a great scorer. He was able to show his ability to shoot from the outside, but what was most impressive was his ability to finish around the basket and through contact.
Michael Murphy: 5’10 2019 Guard Tahlequah High School
Murphy is a solid spot up shooter. He showed that when left open he is more than capable of knocking down the shot. He also displayed his craftiness when playing the point. He was able to set teammates up using an array of dribble moves.
Kayren Nash: 6’0 2019 Guard Owasso High School
Nash is a good sized guard who displayed an impressive shooting ability. He shot the ball well even with a defenders hand in his face.
Trey Nation: 5’10 2018 Guard Howe High School
Nation is a hard nosed guard who defended the ball extremely well. He had multiple steals on Sunday. His defense set a tone for his team that continued throughout the day.
JaLen NGuessan: 6’2 2018 Guard Moore High School
NGuessan is a quick guard who showed excellent court vision. He was able to see and make many passes kids his age wouldn’t even think about making. His passing ability is advanced and he used it to set up teammates for multiple easy buckets.
Grayson Nix: 6’4 2018 Guard Red Oak High School
Nix is a taller guard who showed a great ability to finish around the rim. He used his height and length to finish around taller defenders. Nix also has a good enough handle to be able to get around most defenders.
Jaylin Oliver: 6’1 2019 Guard Bartlesville High School
Oliver is an athletic guard who had some great finishes around the rim. He hustled hard on defense, but what set him apart was his ability to finish through contact on the offensive end.
