Williams balanced attack is part of what makes him such a special prospect.
DeOtis Nunn, Jr. 5’5 PG/SG 2022
Nunn shot the basketball extremely well this weekend. In fact, he had one game where he hit at least 7 threes. He is young and has a lot of upside. However, it is apparent that he is on pace to be one of the best shooters in the entire state upon entering the high school ranks.
Hunter Shkapich 6’1 SG 2019 Valor Christian

Andrew Augustine 6’1 SG 2018 Northwest Christian
Augustine’s shooting abilities have been well documented in previous articles. He was one of the top players in the top 20 game as he hit what felt like 3 after 3. Part of what makes him such a special shooter is his ability to do it off of screens. More and more players are learning how to shoot off of the dribble, but few are able to do it with success off of screens.
Grant Greabell 6’3 SG 2018 Estrella Foothills
Greabell has improved his ability to take defenders off of the dribble which makes him even more dangerous from 3. His ability to shoot the basketball with confidence from anywhere on the court and in an array of ways, makes him a tough shooter. Further, he is remarkably accurate and seems to shoot it better and better when the game is on the line.
Knox Riddle 5’9 PG 2019 Cactus Shadow
Riddle had a quick release that assisted in him creating shots for himself despite his height. Riddle was one of the most accurate shooters at the event. Keep an eye on Riddle and Cactus Shadow this next year. They are loaded with scrappy guards who can shoot the basketball well.
Dominic Gonzalez 6’3 PG/SG 2020 Ironwood
Gonzalez shot the basketball off of the dribble better than anyone at the event. He does a great job of using freeze moves to elevate and shoot the basketball over the defender. Further, he has a smooth release and he has improved the speed on his shot greatly from last year.
Kelvin Patrick 6’0 PG/SG 2019 Willow Canyon

Tyson Legner 6’2 PG/SG 2020 Rancho Solano
Legner hit some threes in the live games. However, he primarily demonstrated his dangerous shooting abilities in the 2 on 2 work. He has improved the speed of his shot since last year and it looked fluid. Legner’s increased activity on the offensive end mixed with his shooting should help him contribute at a high level at Rancho.
Tyrese Eugene 6’0 PG 2018 Ironwood
Eugene, like Williams, primarily lived in the paint. However, he played on a guard heavy team that frequently got into the paint. He found himself open for a number of catch and shoot threes due to this. Further, he was able to connect at a high rate. In addition, he shot it extremely well from mid-range.
