First Team
Aanen Moody, Dickinson, Sr. The easy pick for player of the year scored 31 plus a game and pushed the Midgets to a 23-4 record and a third place finish at state. All time scoring leader in Class A history.
KyJuan Johnson, Minot, Sr. PG of the three time state champion Minot squad, KyJuan scored 17 points a night and was among the Class A leaders in assists and steals.
Tronis McKay, Four Winds-Minnewaukan, Sr. Class B MVP who was also one of two Class B Mr. Basketball candidates. Earned himself a state title as a junior, state runner-up as a senior.
Logan Nelson, Northern Cass, Sr. One of the state’s most consistent and most respected competitors, Logan was the other Class B Mr. Basketball finalist.
Siman Sem, Fargo North, Sr. The EDC Player of the Year put up 23 points, 10 boards, and five assists a game. Great year despite dealing with an injury setback that forced Siman to miss games.
Second Team
Jake Paper, Fargo Davies, Sr. Scored 19 points a game and easily led the state in rebounding by nearly three boards a contest. Led the Eagles to a 25-2 record.
Justin Engg, Minot, Sr. A starter for a three time state champ, Justin scored 17 a game, was the third leading rebounder in the WDA, and 5th in the WDA in assists.
Jayden Komrosky, North Star, Sr. The future Jamestown talent was able to score from every place on the floor putting up strong numbers.
Kyle Henningsgard, Hillsboro-Central Valley, Sr. The top player from the state’s top Class B team put together an incredible season.
Wyatt Hanson, Stanley, Jr. Led his team to the sate tournament and was a first team Class B player.
Third Team
Jordan Meidinger, Dickinson, Sr. Scored 14 a game, led the state in blocks, second in the WDA in boards.
Matt Veit, Fargo Davies, Sr. Scored nearly 18 points a game and was second in the state in assists per game.
Trae Steckler, Mandan, Jr. Fourth leading scorer in the state, led the WDA in rebounding.
Jacob Hanson, Milnor-North Sargent, Sr. Led his team to a 20-4 record with constant playmaking.
Brayden Uses Arrow, Solen, 6-1, Sr. His team had just one loss in the regular season and Brayden was the team’s top guy.
Jacob Mertens, Devils Lake, Sr. Big time stat producer had 20 points, six boards, and five assists a game.
