Dyer is an emerging face to know with Hickory Ridge High in the 2026 class. He’s a wiry 5-foot-10 floor general with an advanced skillset as a defender and playmaker, so muh so he’s turning heads in the varsity starting rotation. He’s got good vision and moves well without the ball in the Bulls backcourt.
Highlights
Connor is one to watch over at 1 of 1 Academy in Indian Trail. He’s a prospect that likes to fly around and clean up the glass and does whatever is needed of him to make an impact using his skillset. He’s leading the team in scoring with 15.0 ppg along with 6.4 rpg to also lead his squad. He’s an active guard at 6-foot-2 that knows how to make an impact.
Edwards is another floor general in 2026 that’s already making noise over at Greenfield School. He’s shown already that he can step up with his ability to make plays for others and knock down shots in the clutch. He plays both ends of the floor with a ton of energy.
Newman is a young floor general that’s already gotten some experience on the varsity stage with Gaston Christian School this past season and rejoins looking to lead at the point guard spot. He’s already posting 14.8 ppg, 3.8 apg, 3.7 rpg and 3.0 spg through their first nine games of 2022-23 as he looks to make his presence felt in the state.
Fowler is a freshman reserve that’s already off to a productive start in the Northwood rotation. He’s averaging 5.7 ppg, 3.7 rpg and 1.3 apg as an active threat off the bench for the Chargers. He’s one to keep an eye on with his ability at 6-foot-4.
