Sebastian Robinson Sebastian Robinson 6'2" | CG Roselle Catholic | 2023 State NJ | 6’2” | G | Roselle Catholic
An all state player leading Elizabeth to the state group IV title as a junior, Robinson has excellent ballhandling skills, can facilitate with the best in the country and can finish at the rim or pull up from deep. He’s a phenomenal on ball defender. His understanding of the game is high and he’s someone that college coaches can be confident to step in and contribute as a freshman. A leader who has an extra gear and elite level talent. He’s another piece of the puzzle at RC as they and Camden will battle for #1 in the state–and those two could end up fighting to the final day for #1 in the country.
Evan Cabral Evan Cabral 6'2" | CG Don Bosco Prep | 2023 State NJ | 6’2” | G | Don Bosco 2023
A gritty guard who works hard at both ends of the floor. Cabral plays more of a secondary role for Bosco. He’s a facilitator, moving the ball around the floor for the Ironmen. He’s got a strong frame and can break down defenders off the dribble to get at the basket. He’s at his best out on the break offensively, but his leadership in the half court is a defining quality. His top games as a junior were vs Ramapo(22) and Seton Hall Prep(22). He’s an All-County type player who is going to be asked to be the choir director for an explosive, guard heavy, Don Bosco roster this winter.
Jackson Bleeker Jackson Bleeker 6'3" | SG Seton Hall Prep | 2024 NLG | 6’4” | G | Seton Hall Prep
Bleecker’s stock has been rising steadily since leading the Pirates to the county title as a junior. He’a a sniper who has a quick release and good form on his shot. He’s a facilitator in the halfcourt and can move without the ball to create open looks for himself. He has a high basketball IQ and high grades(NHS member) should make him very valuable to college coaches. He had 27 vs Columbia and 23 vs Irvington as top games as a junior. He could make a run at the Essex County Player Of The Year award and is an All-State contender.
Isaac Hester Isaac Hester 6'0" | PG Ranney School | 2023 State NJ | 6’0 “ | G| Ranney
Hester is without question the most talented returnee in the senior class at the Shore. A versatile guard and a leader in the backcourt. Hester breaks down defenders off the dribble and gets to the basket with his strong frame but can also light it up from deep if left an inch to get a look at the rim. A facilitator turned scorer last year when Ranney lost a host of talented players to transfer. He should see significant interest into his senior year. He had 20 vs Trenton Catholic in states as his top game last year.
Jalen Robinson Jalen Robinson 5'10" | PG Columbia | 2023 State NJ | 5’10” | G | Columbia(Maplewood)
Robinson, like Bleeker, is one of the top returning guards in Essex County. He’s confident with the ball in his hands, is unafraid to drive at bigger defenders and can play through contact at the rim. He’ll flirt with the 1,000 pt mark as a senior. His top games as a junior were 24 vs Newark Central, 22 vs Newark East Side and 20 vs Immaculate Conception.
