One. Jalen Wilson Jalen Wilson 6'8" | PF Benilde-St. Margaret's | 2025 State #230 Nation MN of BSM (6’7 sophomore). No underclassmen is ready to shoulder the load like Jalen Wilson Jalen Wilson 6'8" | PF Benilde-St. Margaret's | 2025 State #230 Nation MN is. Scoring inside and out, finishing against physical ways both with power and craft, Wilson looks ready for a monster year.
Two. Jayden Moore Jayden Moore 6'0" | PG Hopkins | 2026 State MN of Hopkins (6’0 freshman). When it comes to speed and quickness Jayden Moore Jayden Moore 6'0" | PG Hopkins | 2026 State MN is on a level all to his own. The explosive playmaker is now experienced and the Royal offense will fully go through him.
Three. Chase Thompson Chase Thompson 6'8" | PF Alexandria | 2025 State #216 Nation MN of Alexandria (6’7 sophomore). Long known for it’s outstanding team basketball, the Cards will now be led by two 6’7/6’8 forwards in Chase Thompson Chase Thompson 6'8" | PF Alexandria | 2025 State #216 Nation MN and Grayson Grove Grayson Grove 6'9" | PF Alexandria Area | 2024 State #171 Nation MN that are not only big, but skilled and versatile.
Four. Brady Wooley Brady Wooley 6'9" | C Orono | 2025 State #187 Nation MN of Orono (6’9 sophomore). A big reason that Orono is a top three team is Brady Wooley Brady Wooley 6'9" | C Orono | 2025 State #187 Nation MN . He won’t have to score in bulk for his team to win, but he will be a legit scoring threat around the basket plus he will board and be tough to score over. He gives the Spartans another element.
Five. Brayson Boike Brayson Boike 6'8" | PF Dawson Boyd | 2025 State #326 Nation MN of Dawson-Boyd (6’7 sophomore). There are a lot quality Class A teams but I think one that is missed is Dawson-Boyd. They have a strong senior guard, a good sophomore group, and an all state caliber player in Boike.
Six. Cedric Tomes Cedric Tomes 6'0" | PG East Ridge | 2026 State MN of East Ridge (5’11 freshman). The Raptors have been a PG away and at first I wasn’t sure if a 15 year old could take them over the top. After watching Tomes play this off-season, I am now a believer.
Seven. Caleb Bancroft Caleb Bancroft 6'6" | PF Stewartville | 2025 State MN of Stewartville (6’6 sophomore). Stewartville has never, ever been to state. They return most of their talent from a good team and added a frontcourt beast in Caleb Bancroft Caleb Bancroft 6'6" | PF Stewartville | 2025 State MN .
Eight. Jj Sullivan Jj Sullivan 6'2" | SG Eden Prairie | 2025 State MN of Eden Prairie (6’2 sophomore). Sullivan is that shooter that you just know will make a shot when he is on balanced. One of the elite shooters that I have covered and he’s so quick and crafty with the ball.
Nine. Daniel Molhoek Daniel Molhoek 6'8" | C Edina | 2025 State MN of Edina (6’8 sophomore). The Hornet big man will be the focal point of the new Edina squad and he has a face up game and a back to the basket game. A big season is coming.
Ten. Sam Hondl Sam Hondl 6'7" | SF Albany | 2025 State MN of Albany (6’6 sophomore). Albany is a top ten team in Class AA basketball and it’s their mix of seniors and sophomores. Hondl gives them size, rebounding, shooting, and all around scholarship level play.
