Levi Birkholz Levi Birkholz 5'2" | SG Lakeside Luthersn | 2023 State #290 Nation WI — CG — Lakeside Lutheran
Coming off an extremely impressive AAU season, Birkholz enters the high school season with a lot of momentum. The Lakeside Lutheran combo guard will get his senior campaign underway on Tuesday. Birkholz is an athletic, skilled prospect who can make some pretty impressive plays in the open court. Potentially a sleeper for Mr. Basketball, I would suggest that you keep a close eye on the Lakeside Lutheran prospect.
Luther Smith Luther Smith 6'1" | SG Sussex Hamilton | 2023 State WI Jr. — G — Sussex Hamilton
No doubt one of the most talented shooters in the state, Smith is a three-point sniper from long range. Opposing defenders can’t afford to make a mistake when guarding the Sussex Hamilton guard. Because if they do, the chances of Smith making them pay are very high. Hamilton will take on Kingdom Prep Lutheran at home on Tuesday night.
Cal Klesmit Cal Klesmit 6'2" | CG Neenah | 2023 State #235 Nation WI — CG — Neenah
The road to recovery for Klesmit has been long and arduous. But he is finally back. On Tuesday night, the Neenah combo guard will tip off his senior season. The UW-Green Bay commit is a dangerous player on the offensive end of the court. He scores well from all three levels and is also a tremendous passer. Neenah takes on Stevens Point on Tuesday night.
Isaiah Allen Isaiah Allen 6'4" | CG Milwaukee Lutheran | 2024 State WI — G — Milwaukee Lutheran
Playing for a great Chapman Basketball Academy team this past AAU season, Allen had a very strong summer. The guard proved a lot. I love how Allen plays the game on both ends of the court. On defense, the Milwaukee Lutheran standout guards top prospects and scraps for rebounds in the paint. On offense, Allen makes timely shots and is very unselfish. Look out for Allen to have a huge junior season.
Jamariea Dalton Jamariea Dalton 6'3" | SG Fond Du Lac | 2023 State WI — SG — Fon Du Lac
One of the more dangerous scorers in Wisconsin’s 2023 class, Dalton is a prospect who I am very excited to watch this season. The 6-foot-2 shooting guard is a phenomenal slasher. He does an excellent job of using his top-end speed to blow by opposing defenders for easy layups. Don’t be surprised if Dalton puts up big scoring numbers when his squad takes on Sheboygan North on Tuesday.
Demerius Shakur Demerius Shakur 6'2" | CG Martin Luther | 2023 State WI — PG — Martin Luther
One of the best point guards in Wisconsin regardless of class, Shakur is a prospect who college programs should know. The Martin Luther point guard might not score a ton, but he does a really good job of controlling the game. He passes well and runs his team’s offense. Expect Shakur to have an efficient senior season.
Elijah Griffin Elijah Griffin 6'1" | PG Westosha Central | 2025 State #352 Nation WI — PG — Westosha Central
Griffin caught my eye during this past AAU season. While playing with Wisconsin Playground Club, the point guard really impressed. Now, I am looking forward to watching Griffin play at the high school level. The Westosha Central prospect is a high-IQ PG. He always seems to make the right basketball play. Look for him to have a major impact on Tuesday night.
