First Team
Jaylon Hicks Jaylon Hicks 6'5" | SF Carver | 2023 State LA (6’4″ | Carver)
Kam Johnson Kam Johnson 5'9" | PG Archbishop Shaw | 2023 State LA (5’9″ | Archbishop Shaw)
Drew Timmons Drew Timmons 6'6" | SF Archbishop Hannan | 2025 State #52 Nation LA (6’5″ | Archbishop Hannan)

Kameron Williams Kameron Williams 6'7" | SF Lafayette Christian | 2024 State #60 Nation LA (6’7″ | Lafayette Christian)
The Class 4A first team has some of the heaviest hitters in the state. Jaylon Hicks Jaylon Hicks 6'5" | SF Carver | 2023 State LA is fresh off of a state championship winning season with Carver. He rolls into this season with more responsibility which we think he will shoulder and turn into a big season. Kam Johnson Kam Johnson 5'9" | PG Archbishop Shaw | 2023 State LA is a top tier point guard who is also a district MVP. This season will definitely have his signature on it and warrants first team status. Drew Timmons Drew Timmons 6'6" | SF Archbishop Hannan | 2025 State #52 Nation LA is the top sophomore in the Boot and he will be looked to help AB Hannan maintain their championship status. He should avoid a sophomore jinx by being one of the top players in the class. Decedric Webb Decedric Webb 6'5" | SF Huntington | 2023 State LA had the best summer of any player in Louisiana. His summer should translate into a very big season for the Raiders. Kameron Williams Kameron Williams 6'7" | SF Lafayette Christian | 2024 State #60 Nation LA is probably the best player in the class of 2024. He has had stat sheet-filling seasons his first two years in high school and we see him having another one this year.
Second Team
Chris Carpenter Chris Carpenter 5'9" | PG Huntington | 2023 State LA (5’10” | Huntington)
Mason Guillory Mason Guillory 6'3" | PG St. Thomas More | 2023 State LA (6’4″ | St. Thomas More)
Anthony Johnson Anthony Johnson 6'0" | PG L.B. Landry | 2023 State LA (5’11” | Carver)
Jordan Mathews Jordan Mathews 6'5" | SF Peabody | 2024 State LA (6’5″ | Peabody)
Zion McCoy Zion McCoy 6'1" | SG Northside | 2023 State LA (6’4″ | Carver)
Chris Carpenter Chris Carpenter 5'9" | PG Huntington | 2023 State LA is a top tier point guard who missed last season due to transfer rules. He is a scorer and as gifted a passer as we have in Louisiana prep hoops. Both things make him all-state worthy. Mason Guillory Mason Guillory 6'3" | PG St. Thomas More | 2023 State LA is the point guard of a highly talented St. Thomas More squad. His ability to drive and score should see him put up some big time numbers this season. Anthony Johnson Anthony Johnson 6'0" | PG L.B. Landry | 2023 State LA can take over a game offensively or defensively. Because of the way the LB Landry guard affects a game, he deserves all-state recognition. Jordan Mathews Jordan Mathews 6'5" | SF Peabody | 2024 State LA is a potential double-double machine who can command the paint. His game makes him a lock for this team. Closing out the second team is Zion McCoy Zion McCoy 6'1" | SG Northside | 2023 State LA from Northside. He has three level scoring capability and does not mind taking the big shot. McCoy had a very good summer which we think will translate to a good season.
