The big man from Union is at the top of the list for this county. The transfer from Washougal after his sophomore season hasn’t missed a beat. He is one of the best low post players who aren’t over 6’5 in the state. He can create space and is strong enough to bully his way to the hoop. He also is a crafty scorer who just knows how to get buckets. He’s got a nice touch from mid-range. He plays smart and uses his strength and low post moves to score and rebound against taller players. He should have a big season as a senior. He already has three solid varsity seasons under his belt.
This kid is excellent at getting himself to the basket. He averaged over 30 points a game as a sophomore last season. He uses his dribble effectively to set up the defense and go by. He will pull it from long range and can do so effectively but he loves to play downhill. Add a solid mid-range game and he is tough to contain. He is very good in the open floor. He will make tough shots consistently and keeps coming at the defense.
Highlights
He is one of the best players in the class of 2025. He had a good season starting for Camas as a freshman last year. He can get into the lane and create for his teammates or take it himself. He is a great shooter who can get hot in a hurry. He is a natural point guard who has a high basketball IQ. He will be the focal point of the Camas offense this season. He and his backcourt mates are great at getting out and running, so expect points from this team.

Having himself a great football season as a WR, and that is no surprise with the way he plays hoops. He likes to get out in the open floor and run. He is a good athlete who can finish well on the break. He can shoot the 3 ball and plays at a high speed all game long. He has active hands on defense and is great at getting steals. He led Washougal with 12PPG last year and is a good candidate to have a break out season. He should be among the best guards in the 2A GSHL.
I am counting him from the Clark County side of Woodland. He is another one who loves to get out and run. He is a good team defense player who will get steals and easy layups by reading and reacting. He has good speed and quickness. He has good ball skills as a point guard, combined with an athletic and long frame for his size. He gets downhill well and is good around the basket when he gets there. He has one speed and it is go time. He has a decent shot from three but his game is more of a slashing type point guard who can get himself into the paint and score. He is especially good going to his left and pulling up for a shot or finishing at the rim. He also makes some great plays finding teammates once he goes by the defense. He has a natural knack for handling the ball and looks like a true point guard with a high upside. He will look to improve on his 18PPG this season on a Woodland team that will challenge in 2A GSHL with almost everyone back.

He is a great athlete who I saw play at the battle of the border tournament. He is a quick lefty who can cover some ground in a hurry. He is effective at getting to the rim and does so often. He has great jumping ability, which I saw him put to use by tracking down a layup and erasing it from the glass in a hurry. He is best at getting to the rim and excels in the open floor. Big time athlete with a high ceiling.
