THE STARTING FIVE
Jack Fessenden (Troy): The 6’2″ 2023 guard returns after earning All-Conference honors season season. As a junior, the young sharpshooter averaged 13.4 points a game while making 59 3-pointers and making 36 percent from long distance.
Charlie Nett (Troy): The 6’0″ 2023 point guard has been a varsity regular since his freshman season. As a junior, he averaged 11.4 points, 3.5 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting 43 percent from 3-point range with 46 makes from long distance.
Dwight Lomax Jr. (Francis Howell): A 5’8″ 2023 point guard who helped lead the Vikings to the conference championship a year ago. As a junior, he averaged 9.4 points and three assists a game while making 36 percent of his 3-point field goal attempts.
AJ Raines (Timberland): The 2023 guard is a multi-sport standout was one of the St. Louis area’s top quarterbacks on the football field. He can also get it done on the basketball field as well. As a junior, he averaged 14.6 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 3.0 steals a game. He also knocked down 54 3-pointers.
Justin Hayes (Holt): A talented 6’5″ 2024 wing who has good athleticism and a versatile offensive skill package. He is primed to have a breakout season this year after averaging seven points and three rebounds a game as a sophomore.
