Smith is an emerging guard at 6-foot-3 that already plays with a ton of energy on both ends of the floor. It wouldn’t be a surprise to see him on the varsity scene right away over at Washington High Pam Pack in the East. He’s a prospect that can play either guard spot and won’t hesitate to guard the other team’s best player if needed.
McKoy is quite the prospect in NC’s 2026 class at 6-foot-5 that’s capable of taking over games already in his class. He’s a prospect that plays on all three levels and flies around on defense with his ability to block shots and rebound. He’s a name to keep an eye on at Harrells Christian Academy.
Highlights
Floyd is the new face to know over at Kings Mountain High after knocking off RS-Central on Tuesday night. He put up 21 points to kick things off in his varsity career with quite the bang in 2022-23. He’s an electric wing to keep eyes on at 6-foot-4 that’s already set to put the state on notice of what he can do.
Richburg is another prospect in NC’s 2026 class that’s already making an impact over at Winston-Salem Christian Academy with their Regional squad. He’s a prospect that likes to get downhill but plays under control with his strong frame to find ways to score in the paint. He uses his 6-foot-3 length to guard a variety of positions as well.
Cloer is a prospect that’s worth getting eyes on over at Orange High in the Hillsborough area. He’s a long, wiry prospect at 6-foot-7 that can operate on the wing already. As he shows he can handle the speed of the varsity game, look for him to emerge as a top name to know in the 2026 class.
