Walker moves from No. 40 to No. 12 in the latest rankings update. He’s a strong guard type at The Burlington School that’s seen his stock rise this past summer, earning offers from Radford, Kent State, East Carolina, Coastal Carolina and some other mid-major programs with his junior season on the horizon. He’s a combo guard to keep eyes on this season with his ability to defend and make things happen in the paint off the bounce.
Boswell moves into the Top 20 of the latest rankings update, going from No. 33 to No. 16 in the 2024 class. He’ll join the Myers Park High rotation looking to inject his combo guard skills into the backcourt. He’s an athletic threat that can finish in traffic and play without the ball in his hands. He’s yet another name to keep an eye on on a talented Mustangs roster with offers from Texas A&M, Georgia, South Florida, North Carolina A&T, Houston and Wake Forest.
Last update, Walker was a new face, this time, he’s a stock riser, moving from No. 29 to No. 20 in the latest 2024 rankings. He’ll join the Millbrook Wildcats rotation looking to inject his offensive prowess. He’s a shifty guard prospect at 6-foot-5 with some upside as a playmaker and finisher around the rim with the ball in his hands. He’ll move from Jordan High School over to Millbrook High looking to lead their backcourt in a quest for another state title.
“Instant offense” is the first phrase that comes to mind when discussing Braylhan Thomas Braylhan Thomas 6’5″ | SF Gray Collegiate | 2024 State SC . He’s a prospect that’s stayed on the PrepHoopsNC radar for a while now over at Combine Academy’s Regional squad, moving from No. 65 into the No. 23 position in the latest update. He’s a strong-framed 6-foot-5 prospect that can operate with and without the ball in his hands with an ability to utilize his frame to maneuver in space and make things happen on all three levels.
Otyaluk continues to develop in the 2024 class as he heads into a pivotal season with the NC Good Better Best Academy National squad. He moves from No. 59 in the last rankings into the 21st spot in the latest update. He’s a versatile 6-foot-9 prospect that can fill it up from deep and finish with authority off the bounce. As he improves his strength and ballhandling, he’ll be a prospect to keep an eye on in the state.
