6. Tucker Mills Tucker Mills 6'4" | CG Lyons | 2022 State CO – Mead
Tucker Mills Tucker Mills 6'4" | CG Lyons | 2022 State CO boosted his stock this spring and summer with impressive play in the AAU season. Tucker has grown to 6’6 giving him great height for a wing. On the offensive end, he is a smooth three-level scorer who can create for himself off of the dribble. Tucker uses his length to his advantage scoring over defenders in the mid-range and high post with turn-around jumpers. He does a good job of creating for himself and others, he draws a lot of eyes and is a good kick-out passer. Tucker has received offers from Metro State, Omaha, and Louisiana Monroe.
7. Nick Randall Nick Randall 6'7" | PF Fossil Ridge | 2023 State CO – Fossil Ridge
Nick Randall Nick Randall 6'7" | PF Fossil Ridge | 2023 State CO had an impressive junior season being a major piece in leading Fossil Ridge to the state championship. Nick is a 6’8 power forward who moves and cuts like a wing off of the ball. With the ball down low Nick is great at using fakes and his pivot to get the positioning. Nick uses step-throughs and hooks to shoot over defenders. When cutting and receiving a pass he is a good finisher who throws down a lot of two-handed dunks and has incorporated euro steps into his game. Nick stands out with his competitive nature on the floor and his gritty play style. He has received offers from UCCS and CSU Pueblo.
8. Eli Robinson Eli Robinson 6'6" Lewis Palmer | 2023 CO – Lewis-Palmer
Eli Robinson Eli Robinson 6'6" Lewis Palmer | 2023 CO is a skilled big forward who can do a bit of everything on the offensive end. Eli is a player who everyone would want to play with as he is a good teammate who always looks to make the extra pass. He is a versatile player who can play from the wing or down low. While Eli is not the biggest forward he has great footwork and soft touch near the rim which allows him to post up bigger opponents. He has great instincts with the ball in his hands near the rim as he makes tough shots look easy. Eli is a good scorer in the mid-range who can knock down catch and shoot three-point shots. Eli recently committed to continue his basketball and academic career at Air Force, joining his teammate from last year’s Lewis-Palmer state championship team Cam Lowe.
9. Caden Stevens Caden Stevens 6'8" | C Mountain Vista | 2023 CO – Mountain Vista
Caden Stevens Caden Stevens 6'8" | C Mountain Vista | 2023 CO is an intriguing forward due to his combination of size and skill. Caden makes his impact known on both ends as he is one of the best rim protectors in the class. He uses his long arms and quick feet to track down shots. Caden can take the ball up the floor and has good passing vision using his height to peer over the defense. When putting the ball on the floor he can beat opposing bigs off the dribble and uses his length and athleticism to finish above the rim. Caden is gearing up for a big senior season and has received an offer from Metro State.
10. Rickey Mitchell Rickey Mitchell 6'3" | CG Smoky Hill | 2023 State CO – Smoky Hill
Rickey Mitchell Rickey Mitchell 6'3" | CG Smoky Hill | 2023 State CO is a smooth scoring combo guard who has grown a bit and improved his athleticism over this spring and summer. Rickey has shifty handles and is one of the most creative scorers in the state. He has great footwork which allows him to make stepback jumpers look easy. Around the rim, he creates contact then uses his long arms to finish around defenders. Rickey has started to throw down big dunks in game making him an even more entertaining player to watch. He has the potential to be one of the top scorers in the state this year leading a young Smoky Hill squad. Rickey has received an offer from Metro State.
