John Kinziger John Kinziger 6'0" | CG De Pere | 2023 State #257 Nation WI — CG — De Pere
Kinziger is set up to have an incredible senior season at De Pere. The combo guard was able to put up some impressive numbers last season and I expect him to build on them in this upcoming campaign. Kinziger is a tremendous scorer from all three levels. He can drain outside shots, convert in the mid-range, and get downhill and finish layups at the rim. I love watching Kinziger play, and I am looking forward to watching his senior season unfold.
Emmett Lawton Emmett Lawton 6'2" | SG Notre Dame Academy | 2023 State WI — CG — Notre Dame
Lawton was hands down one of the biggest stock risers from this past AAU season. While playing for Team 1848, the combo guard was able to do some really impressive things. Lawton is a knock down shooter from long range. He moves well without the ball and always finds a way to get open. Lawton is much more than just a three-point sniper, though. He also can drill shots in the mid-range and get to the rim and finish layups.
A.J. Lieuwen A.J. Lieuwen 6'0" | CG Bay Port | 2023 State WI — CG — Bay Port
Lieuwen is a pure bucket-getter. When the Bay Port combo guard gets into a rhythm, there aren’t many defenders that will be able to successfully slow him down. Lieuwen is a tremendous ball handler and shooter. Even though he is a tad bit undersized for a guard, his skills prevail. Look for Lieuwen to have a huge senior campaign in the Fox River Classic.
Will Hornseth Will Hornseth 6'8" | PF De Pere | 2024 State #208 Nation WI — PF — De Pere
Wouldn’t be too surprised if Hornseth ends up becoming the best player in the FRC this season. The De Pere power forward has all of the tools necessary to become a super star at the high school level. He owns great positional size, is capable of defending at a high level, and can do some impressive things on the offensive end of the court. Already holding some interest from top Division One college programs, Hornseth is heading into the 2022-23 season with serious momentum.
Drew Tomashek Drew Tomashek 6'0" | PG Ashwaubenon | 2024 State WI — PG — Ashwaubenon
Tomashek could emerge as a sleeper prospect in Wisconsin’s 2024 class. The Ashwaubenon point guard didn’t get much of an opportunity to contribute last season because his squad featured many older players. But now, Tomashek should have a real opportunity to make an impact. The point guard is an efficient shooter who showed up in big moments last season when his team needed it.
Andrew Rader Andrew Rader 6'10" | PF Notre Dame Academy | 2025 State WI — PF — Notre Dame
Rader has the potential to become a really great player at the high school level. Standing at 6-foot-8, the power forward has positional size that you just can’t teach. He also appears to be fairly mobile and agile for his size. Around the rim, Rader is really good. He finishes well through contact on offense and can block shots on defense. Look for Rader to raise his stock significantly this season.
Max Tutas — SG — Sheboygan North
Because the Fox River Classic conference is loaded with talent, Tutas is a name that often flies under the radar. But he should not be forgotten. The Sheboygan North shooting guard is a phenomenal basketball player. He really doesn’t have any weak areas on the court. Tutas scores well, plays tough defense, and rebounds. Keep an eye out for Tutas this season.
