Nwuli came in as our number one player on the list. He’s an explosive athlete with elite R&J ability. He has shown the ability to dominate high level games, with his energy, defense and rebounds. High celing physical specimen, with elite finishing skills.
Highlights
Shaw is one of the more advanced scorers in the state, with big time transition ability and good 1 v 1 skills. He’s improved his outside shooting, and it’s going to be interesting to see how he’s defended this season.
Highlights
Miller is a canidate to be on one of my high flyer teams this season. He lands in the top 10 of the list, based on his abilty to play above the rim, and shoot from behind the line.
Saw Wilkins in the Prephoops250 Expo last month and he impressed. He’s one of the best shooters in the state, and looked to play with more bounce at the Expo. Looking to see if he has added to his scoring levels this season.
Highlights
Abitan is another sharpshooter in the class. He’s in a tier right there with Wilkins and Miller. Abitan didn’t see many Varsity minutes at Coronado last season, so excited to see what he does at Palo.
Highlights
The lefty is almost what you envinson when you think of wing play. He’s at his best when he can get out and run in transtion. He plays downhill, and is not afraid to bully opponents. More of a scorer than shooter, he has a nice looking stroke from behind the three point line.
Anderson is a unique talent that was featured in a previous sleeper article. As it is, he is one of the most versatile wings in the state. Anderson has the ability to create for teammates, can score in transition and finishes above the rim.
