He commanded the ball and was able to create shots for himself off the dribble and made great decisions off the pick and roll as well. At one point in the game, he had a guard that was shorter and faster pressuring him. Throughout that possession, he played with great pace and didn’t allow the guard to speed him up.
Phoenix Woodson Phoenix Woodson 6’8″ | SF Crossings Christian | 2026 State OK who eventually became the MVP of the camp performed well during the top 30 games. He didn’t impact the game from a scoring capability, but he did everything you would want a player to do to win you the basketball game. He deflected shots, grabbed rebounds, and encouraged his team when it seems like they were about to get blown out. Because of his leadership, they eventually came back to win the game by one point after being down by almost 20 with a little under 10 minutes to go in the game. As he grows his offensive game he has a chance to be special.
Mike Williams Mike Williams 6’0″ | CG Dallas Hillcrest | 2025 TX is a ninety-four feet guy on the defensive end. He has no issue pressuring the ball full court. He is energetic and very vocal. He constantly holds his teammates accountable but does it positively. He has no issues passing on a good shot for himself to get a better shot for his teammate. I was impressed during the top 30 games with his unselfishness because that is not something you normally see at a camp.
Ethan Carter
Ethan Carter
Ethan Carter is an absolute that is fun to watch. He was able to get a breakaway dunk at one point in the game and with his elevation, he wowed the crowd. Offensively Although he didn’t get the ball that much he constantly moved without the ball and allowed the guards to penetrate freely without the defender being able to help.
Trent Perry Trent Perry 6’4″ | SF Frisco LoneStar | 2026 State TX is one that throughout the camp was always on the rim. This continued throughout the top 30 games. He was able to the rim a few times and finish with authority. When he has the the lead guard he has no problems finding teammates and helping them get easy shots. As he continues to increase his ability to knock down shots consistently he can become an asset for a bunch of teams as a lead guard.
