Continue ReadingSandfort was dominant as a junior for the Wolves, averaging 26.6 points, 10.3 rebounds, 2.8 assists, and 2.9 blocks a game with 53-41-89 shooting splits. A 6-7/6-8 wing who can handle it and get to the rim at will, he’s also an elite shooter with picturesque form and unlimited range. He has really developed his ball-handling and playmaking skills over the last few years, and he provides a ton of versatility on the defensive end as he can move his feet on the perimeter or bump down and defend in the paint. His length impacts the game in a major way on that end of the floor. He’s a high IQ player with a tremendous feel and understanding of the game who has committed to play his college ball at Iowa.
Biliew has been a top-10 national prospect in the 2023 class essentially since before his freshman year at Dowling Catholic. Back then, his ranking was based more on his athleticism and long-term potential. Now, that ranking is extremely warranted. After spending his junior year at Link Academy (MO), Biliew has really improved his all-around offensive game, tightening up his handle, smoothening his footwork, and improving his jumper. When you pair his much-improved offensive game with the length, athleticism, and instincts as a defender, you have a potential future NBA player. (For a look at his much-improved offensive game, take a look at the open gym highlights from Courtside Films below.) He has committed to play his college ball at Iowa State.

A long, sharpshooting wing, Bear averaged 14.1 points and 5.9 rebounds a game as a junior for the Tigers, and he’ll be the focal point of the team as a senior following the graduation of Trey Campbell. At 6-8, he has ideal size for a wing prospect, and he’s a much better shooter than his 3-point percentage (33.5%) last season showed. He has a pure stroke, unlimited range, and a lightning-quick release both off the dribble and the catch. He has committed to play his college ball at Augustana (SD).
Highlights
The top-ranked uncommitted player in the 2023 class, Kingery is a versatile three-level scorer who can score in bunches, but does so with great efficiency, posting 52-36-74 shooting splits en route to 18.7 points and 7.4 rebounds a game as a junior. He has good size and length on the wing at 6-5/6-6 and is a good athlete who moves his feet well. He has improved his handle and ability to create his own shots as well as looks for others.
A 6-5/6-6 wing with great length and athleticism, Sain has really started to put everything together in the last year and looks primed to have a massive senior year. He improved his ability to create his own shot last season, showing a comfort in putting the ball on the floor with one or two hard dribbles to get to this spot, and elevating into a smooth jumper. He has always been skilled, but it seems as though his confidence has really exploded in the last year. He averaged 17.1 points and 6.3 rebounds as a junior.
Arguably the best pure point guard in the state, Reed is an exceptional passer with elite court vision. He averaged 12.9 points and 6.7 assists a game as a junior for the Cougars. He thrives playing in ball screen action, as he can turn the corner and get to the bucket, pop behind the screen and knock down shots (40.3 3P%), or find the roll man or an open shooter on the drive. He has a good feel for the game, a tight handle, and a willingness to get others involved first.
Highlights
Wilkins is coming off a huge 16U summer with the Iowa Barnstormers that may get him into the national rankings soon. A big, physical, and athletic 6-6 wing with a tremendous feel and understanding of the game, he can score from all three levels at will. He never forces anything, letting the game come to him, and he moves extremely well without the ball in his hands. He’s an off-ball scorer with tremendous upside if he can continue to improve his handle and ability to create for himself.
Fisher is one of the most explosive athletes in the state, using his quick first step and leaping ability to finish around the rim routinely. Last season he added a reliable mid-range game, and if he can extend that range out to the arc as a senior, watch out. A lefty who can move his feet on the defensive end, he has the physicality and athleticism to defend multiple positions. He averaged 17.4 points on 52.4% shooting as a junior.
