The chemistry that they have with each other is important to the way they play. They opened up the Boarder League with a team from Arizona in PH Panthers. They matchup well size wise. Dixie started the game in a 2-3 zone that seemed to play into a semi matchup zone.

Kyle really takes advantage of clever sets that allow him to get loose and open looks. The zipper screens and off the ball screen free him up but his patience to let them develop really help his cause.

John is a player that just grinds it out on both ends of the floor. Really knows when to simply contest on defense and when to give up a foul. He was roaming a lot on defense as they played a 2-3 zone. He rebounds well and knows how to push the ball and look up the floor to find open players. Left the game early with an ankle sprain as he stepped on a teammates foot.

One of the better distributing guards you will see. He really keeps the ball moving and he finds ways to keep his dribble under pressure. With his ability to shoot in the pick n’ roll that they run a lot he really is a threat.

This kid is quick and he can shoot. Really makes some solid plays and he racks up points quietly. One of the catalyst that got the team rolling to end the first half.
This Dixie team is good. They know how to keep a great pace and they wear teams out with the speed and the chemistry on defense as well as offense. In tournaments with no shot clock they take their time and work the ball. They do a great job of looking for the big fella as he is active all game long.
