Barr has a great game to watch and his flow of the game is truly amazing to watch when he is in his motions on the court. Barr is a combo guard of sorts who can give you some great 3nD, and playmaking on and off the ball. Barr is a great three-point shooter most obviously but can do it in quite a variety of ways, while he can spot up and shoot from just about anywhere, he can move around and transition well off the ball incredibly well. He has great chemistry with his teammates, in turn making his uncanny ability to have six sense where his teammates are going to be and they can read where he is going to be. Barr on defense is like glue, with pressing coverage that can overwhelm guards and smaller forwards, making his defense invaluable. A three point threat and a great defense piece to aid in his teams high goals this year, that is exactly what you get with Barr.
Taylen Ashley Taylen Ashley 5'11" | PG Sf Roosevelt | 2023 State SD – PG, 6’0 155lbs, Sioux Falls Jefferson
Ashley is a speedy and talented PG, which makes his grit and talent even more apparent when watching some films. He is a mix of a playmaker and slasher with the upsides of a speedy passing guard. He has great playmaking capabilities with his sight on the court and his ability to make passes look easy. His passing and facilitating are simply off the charts for someone who excels at the guard spot and his shooting from anywhere on the court is also easy for him. His midrange game is a good aspect where he can pull up off the dribble and hit a quick shot for some easy points for him. His three-point shot works well he can get passed the ball into his hands, and more often than not he is going to be putting up a good shot. Ashley has some great athleticism and the ability to blow by defenders and use his speed to make layups and dunks look easy.
JT Rock JT Rock 7'1" | C Sioux Falls Lincoln | 2024 #37 Nation SD – PF/C, 7’1″ 222lbs, Sioux Falls Lincoln
Rock is an interior threat in every sense of the word in both the way of offense and defense. Rock using his most obvious tool in his height to score and post up just about anyone in the paint with him coming up winning most of those matchups. He uses some great finesse moves to blow past anyone in the paint with his surprising speed and athleticism. His defense is just as great as you think it is, he is a fantastic interior defender who can stifle anyone who dares try to come inside of his paint. He can block shots and make anyone think twice before they come into and try and score on him. Rock can extend and back down on just about anyone, his size and knowledge of the game makes watching him play one of the best players that South Dakota has to offer.
Matthew Eng – PG, 6’2″ 180lbs, Sioux Falls O’Gorman
Eng is a witty and great mobile point guard who loves to pass the rock all around the court to make sure everyone gets involved in the offense. Eng has a sixth sense on the court when it comes to finding players who are open and is a great facilitator when it comes to finding open players on his team and setting up some complex yet effective plays. Watches his flashy passes are very fun to watch and not to mention he has fantastic chemistry with his team to win. Eng is a team-orientated player and has no issues with sacrificing his stats in the box score, to make his team reach all of the abelites to the highest degree.
