Along with the players, there were Division II, Division III, NAIA, and Junior College coaches in attendance as well. The competition was excellent throughout and there were a bunch of players that stood out. Now, let us take a look a look at the players from Team 9.
Highlights
Lehman is a shooting guard that has a big frame. Uses his body well to play through contact but just needs to work on finishing more consistently.
Smith is a smaller lead guard that can really push the tempo. Thought he rebounded the ball well on defensive and showed a little scrappiness.
Highlights
Meador is a shorter lead guard that plays so quick and fast. Has a really nice pull-up jumper especially from behind the arc.
Highlights
Pruitt is a shorter lead guard with elite quickness. Moves the ball well on offense and does a good job of finding the open man.
Staggs is a taller guard that defends very well. Liked seeing him talk on defense and being a communicator. Tough player.
Finlinson is a shooting guard that works well off of screens. Plays on the ball and has a nice pull-up 15fter.
Willkinson is a lanky guard/forward that is strong. Defends the post very well.
Wash is a long wing that defends very well. Not much I saw on offense but he has length to lay around the rim.
Highlights
Walston is a bigger wing that loves to take advantage of mismatches. Really solid offensive rebounder.
