The 2024 Palmetto State Class seems to be no exception for talent in this area. Who are some of these players college programs should start to follow?
Damon has been consistent with his play since he jumped on the scene as a freshman for the Demons.
Howey can play both positions in the backcourt. Damon has a knack for scoring the ball at times and creating chances for his teammates. Can the Demons have a breakout season this year?
Highlights
McCain looks to be back for the Demons this season after playing well on the Grassroots Circuit this past spring and summer.
Jeremaih is a slasher – deluxe on the floor and really likes to attack the basket as much as possible. McCain excels in the transition game. Jeremaih can pick up a lot of steals on the defensive end of the floor with his activity in the passing lanes.
Jordan is very nimble for his size around the cup. He has no problems setting screens and clearing out the lane through contact.
Hunter has a soft set of hands to catch anything thrown in his direction. Jordan has a football frame and a great set of shoulders to play face-up at times to the cup. He has yet reached his potential that’s for sure.
I’m not sure if they come any tougher than this guy right here. Ghaleb plays the game to the fullest on every possession. He jumps on the floor, takes a charge, rebounds on both ends, dives into the bleachers and at times. ABSOLUTE GAMER who just wants to win games. Great mindset and attitude with his teammates.
Ladarius plays a lot bigger than his size on the floor. He plays with a scorer’s mentality and fearless mindset.
Ladarius looks to make shots from all 3 levels on the floor for the Bruins.
Petre is just coming off a solid showing at the Prep Hoops South Carolina Top 250 Expo last week in Myrtle Beach. Four will make you pay from three-point land. It’s a 4-3 deal for sure for the Warriors.
Four is a nice addition to the Warriors roster this coming season.
Israel is a bit of a late bloomer and we are looking forward to see him progress this season with the Bulldogs.
Macklin is a bit of a new name for us here at Prep Hoops and we are waiting to see him some more down the road for the Bulldogs.
Watson is a new name to the Palmetto State after coming in from North Carolina. Quay attended Hopewell HS in Huntersville, NC last season.
Watson averaged 18.5 ppg and 4.9 assists last year. Look for him to make a solid debut next month in the new class rankings here in the Palmetto State.
