Like I said yesterday, these are not seeded (because again, adults can not control themselves when it comes to being behind a team as they feel it’s a personal attack), it’s more of me taking the top 16 in the rankings and moving them into areas where we could have match-ups of teams that have not played one another. But yes this is also the best 16 teams in the state from what I have been able to gather.
