I think that Dalton could be in for a huge senior season. The Fon Du Lac shooting guard showed some flashes of greatness this past AAU season. On the offensive end of the court, Dalton is a dynamic playmaker who puts a ton of pressure on opposing defenses. I love how Dalton is able to use his athleticism to get downhill and score at the hoop. Coaches should keep an eye on Dalton this season — chances are he impresses.
Simeon Murchison Simeon Murchison 6'9" | PF Milwaukee Bay View | 2023 State WI — PF — Milwaukee Hamilton
Murchison is a big, strong, powerful post prospect. The power forward has the potential to develop into an elite two-way prospect at the next level. He does a great job of using his 6-foot-8 frame to dominate the paint on both ends of the court. On offense, he has developed an impressive jumper and has always been a handful for opposing defenders on the block. On defense, he is a great rebounder and shot-blocker.
I think that this could be the season where everything comes together for Whorton. The small forward showed a lot of potential while playing for Wisconsin Playground Club this spring and summer. I love how many different things the SF can do on the court. He has shown so much versatility. Look for Whorton to put everything together and have a breakout senior season.
I am not sure that there has been a bigger stock riser over the most recent AAU season than Hall. The DC Everest small forward has caught the eye of several top college programs. On the offensive end of the court, Hall is a dangerous weapon. He can shoot well from deep, handle the rock, and finish at the rim. He really is the complete package as a scorer. Expect Hall to lead DC Everest to some big-time wins this season.
When Lieuwen gets going, there are not too many defenders who will be able to successfully slow down the combo guard. Playing for Team 1848 this past spring and summer, Lieuwen proved that he is an elite scorer. Heading into his senior season, expect the CG to put up some impressive scoring stat lines.
I really love Fried’s overall game on the offensive end of the court. For a small forward, The LaCrosse Central product is an excellent ball handler who can maneuver around defenders with ease. He is also a dead-eye shooter from deep and an impressive slasher. Moving forward, I expect Fried to garner a lot of attention from college programs.
Malmlov is no-doubt one of best shooters in Wisconsin’s senior class. When left open from three, the point guard is almost automatic — he rarely misfires. The PG is more than just a shooter, though. He has also proven to be a scrappy defender on defense and effective passer on offense.
