Jacob Bock (2023) | 5-10 G | Dixie Heights

Bock is a strong veteran guard who will have the ball in his hands a lot this season. Physical driver, effective getting defenders on his hip and finishing through contact. Will be one of the most physical guards in the region. Good defender, will be able to fight thru screens. Didn't get a good look to see him shoot the ball on the perimeter. Look for him to fill a much bigger role this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1088805' first='Hudson' last='Blank'] (2024) | 6-2 SF | Dixie Heights / Griffin Elite

Blank looks like he will have a much bigger year than last season after averaging 10.2 PPG. He showed he is a tough driver and overall very sound player. Seems he could step into a leadership role this season. His jump shot looks good and foresee him to increase his 3pt makes this year from his 18 - 3pt makes last season. Will be one of the better players for Dixie and in the region.

Griffin Derry (2025) | 6-3 SG | Dixie Heights

Derry is a very intriguing prospect that will have a very good high school career when it is all said and done. High level shooter when his feet are set with deep 3pt range. Still young, but will have an immediate impact shooting the basketball. Showed flashes of putting the ball on the floor, but will be heavily relied upon for the Colonels to stretch the floor. Will be one of the best shooters in the region.

Outlook: Coach Fields has a young group after losing 8 seniors last season due to graduation. The energy in the gym was high and with the pieces he has returning, could make for a bright future for the Colonels.
