We have now expanded to a Top 200 including an additional Watch List featuring 126 more prospects. The current senior class is one of the deepest we have had in the state in a long time. Now, we will begin to push out a ton of content diving further into our updated rankings. Positional breakdowns, regional rankings, stock-risers, and new names will be coming throughout the rest of the week. Here are six prospects who broke into our rankings for the first time.
It was a great summer for this 6’6” forward as he made the jump up to the UAA Circuit playing with Grand Park Premier 2023. Romack has excellent physical tools. He is strong, mobile, and can defend multiple positions. Offensively, he has shown the ability to straight line drive to the basket, score it in the post, and finish through contact. Very versatile prospect.
Highlights
Diallo makes his debut in the Prep Hoops Indiana rankings at #60 overall. After leading Brownsburg in scoring as a junior, the 6’3″ guard continued his strong play into the summer with Kyle Guy Elite White 2023. He is an efficient offensive threat capable of scoring it from all three levels. Diallo handles it well enough to create his own shot and has shown the ability to make tough, contested shots off of the dribble. One of the many excellent small college prospects in this 2023 class.
This physical, left-handed wing has flown under-the-radar but deserves some more statewide attention. Wilson is very strong, athletic, and can be a real matchup problem for opposing defensives. His ability to attack the rim off of the dribble and finish consistently earned him a handful of NAIA and DII scholarship opportunities over the summer while playing with Always Grind Never Settle 2023. Intriguing prospect who could have a big senior season.
Hedrick went off the board on Monday just before our updated rankings release announcing his commitment to Bethel. The 6’0″ point guard debuts at #75 overall after a great junior season at Columbia City and strong summer with Focus Premier 2023. He’s a good athlete, excellent jump shooter, and has some explosiveness at the end of his drives to finish at the rim.
Coming off of a Class 3A State Championship with Beech Grove, Alexander went on to have a strong summer with Indiana Elite Central 2023. The 6’3″ guard is a very good two-way prospect. He is super long, very quick, and has the athleticism to really disrupt the ball defensively. On the offensive end he is tough in transition and is a very good penetrator. Look for him to have a great senior season. Now ranked #79 overall in the Class of 2023.

Sandman is one of the better under-the-radar scorers in the state of Indiana. He is an elite shooter, can make tough ones off of the dribble, and has the physical tools necessary to play through some contact. The 6’2″ shooting guard had some really big games this summer for EG10 2023 on the Prep Hoops Circuit. He is now ranked #80 overall in the Class of 2023 rankings.
