Deuce Jones Deuce Jones 6'1" | PG College Achieve | 2024 State #221 Nation NJ , 6’1 PG St. Thomas Aquinas
Jones is an electric playmaker with the ball in his hands and should make an immediate impact with the Trojans. The Trenton Catholic transfer has a tight handle and a decisive first step, which he uses to blow by his defender and finish around the rim. Jones has a nice touch on his floater and shoots the ball with confidence from distance. He runs the offense effectively in the half court and is a solid passer. Jones is a talented lead guard who makes plays with the ball in his hands.
Kabrien Goss Kabrien Goss 5'7" | CG Roman Catholic | 2024 PA , 5’6 PG Trenton Catholic
The Iron Mikes lost their floor general who led them to last year’s sectional title in Jones, but the offense will be in good hands with Goss. The Solebury School transfer is lightning quick with the ball in his hands as defenders have trouble containing him off the bounce. Goss is a crafty finisher around the basket and is unafraid of drawing contact in the paint. He is always looking for his teammates in the half court and makes it tough for opponents to get into their sets on offense. Goss is a quick floor general who will be looking to take Trenton Catholic back to the sectional final.
Jeremy Clayville Jeremy Clayville 6'1" | CG St. Joe's Metuchen | 2024 State NJ , 6’1 CG St. Joe’s Metuchen
Clayville slides into the Falcons’ backcourt where his ability to score in bunches should help his stock in a big way. The DePaul Catholic transfer has a clean shooting stroke and is capable of knocking down triples in bunches. Clayville has a good touch on his floater and knows how to finish around the basket. Clayville moves well without the ball in his hands and is an underrated defender. Clayville is a scoring guard prospect who should have a strong debut season for St. Joe’s Metuchen.
Gio Panzini Gio Panzini 6'5" | SF St. Rose | 2024 State NJ , 6’5 SF St. Rose
Panzini will be one to watch in the Shore Conference for the Purple Roses as he impacts the game in a variety of ways. The Red Bank Catholic transfer knows how to get to the basket and is a strong finisher around the basket. Panzini has a good release on his jumper and shoots the ball with confidence from the perimeter. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and has the length to defend multiple positions on the floor. Panzini is a two-way wing prospect who will be looking to help St. Rose get to the Shore Conference title game and a deep state tournament run.
Zack Davis Zack Davis 6'7" | SF Peddie | 2024 State NJ , 6’7 SF/PF Peddie
Davis will be a player to watch for the Falcons as he can play inside and out. The Ranney transfer has a smooth shooting stroke and sets his feet before he shoots. Davis moves well without the ball in his hands, creating open jumpers and layups for himself in the half court. He fights for rebounds on both ends of the floor and is a solid interior defender. Davis is a sharpshooting forward prospect whose ability to knock down jumpers from behind the arc will help him and Peddie in a big way in 2022-23.
