Marquis Cook Marquis Cook 6'6" | SF AZ Compass Prep | 2023 State #6 Nation AZ AZ Compass Prep (Pictured)
An explosive wing forward can play multiple positions and is a very good passer. He defends nearly every position and plays with a big motor to rebound. He shoots it off the catch and watch your head in the open court with his speed and grace.
Cody Williams Cody Williams 6'8" | SF Perry | 2023 State #25 Nation AZ Perry
Another position-less player is comfortable at the 1-3. He handles the ball well, sees the court, hits the three and is very athletic. He can also defend the 1-4 in HS with his unusual size and length.
Rayvon Griffith Rayvon Griffith 6'6" | SF AZ Compass Prep | 2023 State #78 Nation AZ AZ Compass Prep
A big wing who is a top of the line scorer. He has a lot of tools in his bag. He has the deep ball off the catch and he can create almost any shot he wants off the dribble. He can throw it down in style on the break and will heat up in stretches during games.
Bryan Simmons Bryan Simmons 5'10" | SF #175 Nation PA Hillcrest Prep
One of the more athletic players in the West. He flies on the break and plays way above the rim. He has a huge wingspan and will play and defend multiple positions. He is a plus passer and gets downhill with power, long strides and bounce.
Arman Madi Arman Madi 6'7" | SF Brophy | 2023 State AZ Brophy Prep
A bigger wing forward who shoots it with deep range and is one of the better passers in the West for position. He moves without the ball and gets open spots in the defense. He will play the 2-4 on defense.
Carter Gittens Carter Gittens 6'5" | SF Sunrise Mountain | 2023 State AZ Sunrise Mountain
One of the better spring/summer production wise was Gittens. He shot the ball better then normal and still scored efficiently around the basket. He has a stronger upper body and can handle the rock to create offense. Defensively he will guard inside and out.
Jahki Gupton Jahki Gupton 6'7" | SF Eduprize | 2023 State AZ Eduprize
A long and skinny wing point forward starting showing signs of bringing a different brand of ball then last year. He has a smooth handle and handles pressure well. He blocks shots and rebounds out of area.
Ky Green Ky Green 6'6" | SF Liberty | 2023 State AZ Liberty
A high wire act can play the 3-4 in HS. He is more of a natural SF and can catch and shoot from the three point line plus is a star in transition. Lob city type of bounce and gets off the floor quickly to explode up. He straight line drives and he will defend nearly every high school position with his size, lateral quickness and athleticism.
