Donovan Bass Donovan Bass 6'1" | PG Hayfield | 2023 State VA -Briscoe | West Potomac (VA) ’23
Bass has built a solid resume based on consistency and production. He is a skilled guard who makes a difference on both ends of the court.

Ford decided to reclassify into 2024 so he will benefit from an additional year. Even though he did reclass, it wouldn’t have hurt to get in front of coaches with his high school squad.
Peter Mangan Peter Mangan 6'2" | CG Damascus | 2023 State MD | Damascus (MD) ’23
Mangan helped lead Damascus to a deep playoff run during the winter, and during the Maryland Elite Summer League as well. He is a solid all-around guard worth getting eyes on.
Dante Mayo Jr. | Richard Montgomery (MD) ’24
Mayo was one of the biggest stock risers of the summer based on his run of play at Capitol Hoops Summer League. RM’s top scorer averaged close to 22 points per game during the league, good enough to rank him sixth on the leaderboard.
Tavarres Riley Tavarres Riley 6'1" | PG Freedom-Woodbridge | 2024 State VA | Freedom-Woodbridge (VA) ’24
Riley is a premier bucket-getter within the DC Metro Area. He put up huge numbers during his sophomore season and is progressing nicely.
