Elijah Walton – NYBA Elite (Tennessee) | University Heights Academy
Walton is an aggressive juggernaut. His activity alone makes him an elite talent. He is the first person you see on the court and you have a hard time taking your eyes away. He is a versatile defender whether he is playing on the ball or rotating in a zone. Walton crashes the glass with ferociousness and energy that few can match. On top of all that, he has an improved jump shot and soft touch around the rim.
MJ Gibbs MJ Gibbs 6'4" | SG Ezell Harding | 2025 State TN Jr. – Big 6 O’Neal (Tennessee) | Ezell Harding
Gibbs is a fearless wing that was one of the toughest players we saw on the day. He runs the floor with purpose and snatches anything in his area. Over the course of the weekend, he showcased great court awareness and patience around the paint. Look for Gibbs to create more offense for himself as the summer season progresses.
Leshawn Stowers – Peoria Pride (Illinois) | Peoria
Stowers is developing into a versatile playmaker that becomes a threat everywhere on the court. Playing with a group that uses a mixed lineup, Stowers maximized his time on the court by playing tough on-the-ball defense and fighting for rebounds. His timing to contest shots was another area of his game that is impressive. As his jump shot progresses, he can use his strong right-hand dribble drive to his advantage to get easy attempts in the paint and capitalize at the free-throw line.
Dietrich Richardson – Peoria Pride (Illinois) | Manua
Richardson is another playmaker for the Peoria Pride. Good things tend to happen with the ball in his hands. His mobility and footwork are well developed and his perimeter shooting will improve. Richardson has a ton of upside to develop into a dominant wing and stretch forward. Playing with several other guards/wings on his team, Richardson stuck out as one of the best on the roster.
Greg Robinson – Hardwood Elite (Missouri) | Hillsboro
Robinson is very comfortable in the pick-and-roll action. He displayed high basketball IQ by changing his angles of screens and creating passing lanes for the guards. Robinson was very, active around the rim constantly seeking tip-ins. He is a sure-handed rebounder. One of the better interior playmakers of the entire event.
Jake Maquet – Big 3 Basketball (Illinois) | Montini
Maquet is a skilled wing that can do a little bit of everything. Throughout the event, he showcased the ability to score inside or outside, play tough defense, and be a playmaker that gets his teammates opportunities. Maquet is a key piece for the Big 3 club moving forward.
Michael O’Connell – Big 3 Basketball (Illinois) | Glenbard West
O’Connell was an absolute unstoppable force in the paint. You can tell he has been coached up on the fundamentals ad nauseam. He was consistently using footwork and patience to create the space needed to get a clean look at the rim. As teams begin to gameplan against his post presence, look for O’Connell to begin stretching out to the mid-game area. That will be his next phase of development.
