#1 Nykolas Lewis Nykolas Lewis 6'2" | PG Gonzaga | 2025 State #146 Nation MD | Gonzaga
Lewis was a day one contributor for Steve Turner and Gonzaga as soon as he entered his freshman year last year and he is going to have an even bigger role this year. Lewis is an explosive point guard that can get his teammates involved at a high level but also score the basketball very well. He can shoot the ball very well from all areas on the court and is really strong when attacking the basket as he can finish well through contact. Lewis looks taller now and is starting to gauge high major interest from different programs.
#2 Acaden Lewis Acaden Lewis 6'2" | PG Sidwell Friends | 2025 State #149 Nation MD | Sidwell Friends
Lewis has officially made the move to Sidwell Friends Schools from St. John’s and reclassed into the 2025 class. After watching him multiple times through the first two live periods in June, the move looks like it has paid off very well for both himself and Sidwell. Lewis is going to get starter’s minutes this year and is going to give more depth for Eric Singletary. Lewis is very crafty around the rim when driving to the basket and can make a lot of difficult finishes look very easy. Another aspect of his game that is coming along very consistently is his shooting.
#3 Jaren Curtis Jaren Curtis 6'1" | PG Bishop McNamara | 2025 State MD | Bishop McNamara
Curtis is another player on this list that got into the thick of things right away last year for McNamara. Curtis, who is known as a shot maker, just finished off a productive June for McNamara and showed he will have an even bigger role this upcoming season for McNamara. Curtis looked comfortable on the court with the balls in his hands and will be able to give good minutes when their primary ball handler, Jeremiah Quigley Jeremiah Quigley 5'9" | PG Bishop McNamara | 2023 State MD needs a breather.
#4 Patrick McDonough Patrick McDonough 6'0" | PG Georgetown Prep | 2025 State MD | Georgetown Prep
McDonough is going to have a big time role for Georgetown Prep and Howard Blue and his staff believe he is ready for the opportunity. With the departure of Khani Rooths Khani Rooths 6'7" | SF IMG Academy | 2024 State #16 Nation FL , look for the ball to be in the hands of McDonough a lot as he will be asked to score the ball and dish it to teammates.
#5 Jacob Wallace Jacob Wallace 5'10" | PG DeMatha | 2025 State MD | DeMatha
Part of the transition for the DeMatha staff will be getting Wallace ready for the WCAC and that process started at DMV Live the past two weekends. Wallace, who is currently 5’10 can do a little bit of everything for the Stags including scoring, rebounding and assisting his teammates. Wallace is a nice building block for Mike Jones and his staff.
