PLAYERS TO WATCH
Zavion Ayler (2023, SG, Wayne Memorial)
Ayler could have a breakout senior season. With much of the production at the top having graduated, there’s a lot of room for new stars to emerge out of a youn and talented core. Ayler is a solid shooter from behind the arc.
Carson Brown (2023, CG, Mason)
Brown is a perfect candidate for a breakout season that puts his name on the map. He had an excellent junior season, notching All-Region honors. Brown is a shooter that can play on and off the ball.
Cayman Harris Cayman Harris 6'6" | SF Jackson | 2023 State MI (2023, SF, Jackson)
Harris has nice positional size and strength and moves fluidly on the basketball court. He brings intensity and toughness to his team. Harris could really set a tone for his senior season at this event.
Nick Morgan (2023, PG, Farmington)
Morgan has flown a bit under the radar, but I like a lot of what he brings to the table. He uses his quick feet, fast hands, and anticipation to be a plus defender that can create turnovers.
Micah Saunders Micah Saunders 6'0" | SG Adrian | 2023 FL (2023, G/F, Adrian)
Saunders is a terrific all around athlete that’s coming off an excellent spring with the Midwest Stampede. He’s a leader that can play off the ball, but still handle when it’s needed. Saunders has 3 point range on his jumper and can also drive the lane with shiftiness and a quick first step.
Kierre Young Kierre Young 5'9" | PG Battle Creek Central | 2023 State MI (2023, PG, Battle Creek Central)
Young is a quick twitch lead guard with playmaking abilities. He can change direction quickly and build up speed very fast. Young has a knack for finding buckets with his ball handling and athleticism.
